Abstract: A power configuration method and a related device are provided. The method includes: receiving a first power configuration parameter and a second power configuration parameter from a network device; and when receiving a reference signal and data of a first antenna port group and a reference signal and data of a second antenna port group, determining, based on the first power configuration parameter and the reference signal of the first antenna port group, a power of the data that is from the first antenna port group, and determining, based on the second power configuration parameter and the reference signal of the second antenna port group, a power of the data that is from the second antenna port group, so that data sent by a corresponding antenna port group can be separately demodulated based on an obtained power, thereby improving accuracy for demodulating data of a plurality of antenna port groups.

Abstract: The application provides a method for power determining. UE is configured with multiple cells, a first subframe of a first cell corresponds to multiple second subframes of a second cell, and the method includes: calculating a first power requirement on the first subframe, and calculating multiple second power requirements on the multiple second subframes; calculating a power indicator on the multiple second subframes according to the multiple second power requirements; and determining transmit powers on the first subframe and the multiple second subframes according to a magnitude relationship between a maximum transmit power and a sum of the first power requirement and the power indicator. In the application, the power indicator is determined for multiple subframes of the second cell.

In an SRS configuration method, a base station sends configuration information of an SRS subframe to a terminal in a current cell, to instruct the terminal to send, according to the received configuration information, an SRS in the SRS subframe, where the SRS subframe is an uplink subframe, or is a subframe in which a quantity of uplink symbols is not less than a quantity of downlink symbols; and all uplink symbols in the SRS subframe can be used to carry an SRS.
