Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for obtaining a downlink synchronization in a wireless communication system. A proposed wireless communication system has an environment in which a resource position of a downlink synchronization signal is changed as multi-numerology is applied thereto. Specifically, a terminal transmits a preamble for requesting a synchronization signal transmission resource to a base station. The terminal receives a response signal to the preamble from the base station. Here, the terminal does not have linkage to the base station, and is downlink synchronized with the base station. The response signal includes position information of a synchronization signal transmission resource of a neighboring base station.

The method for a vehicle to everything (V2X) terminal to receive physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) scheduling information and transmit a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) in a wireless communication system includes: a step for receiving Downlink control information related to sidelink semi persistent scheduling (SL SPS); a step for transmitting a first PSCCH in response to an instruction for activating an SL SPS configuration of the downlink control information; and a step for transmitting a second PSCCH among reserved resources after transmitting the PSCCH, wherein, when the downlink control information is related to the SL SPS for two or more component carriers (CCs), time resource units at which the first PSCCH is transmitted in each CC do not overlap with each other. The UE is capable of communicating with at least one of another UE, a UE related to an autonomous driving vehicle, the BS or a network.

Abstract: A method and a device for receiving a signal in a wireless communication system to which a multiplex transmission technique is applied are provided. The wireless communication system proposed therein suggests a method for performing multiplex transmission when base stations within a network are synchronized. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a first base station, control information for the transmission of an M number of transmission blocks. The control information includes information for allocating multiplex transmission resources available for the first base station and a second base station during a predetermined subframe. The terminal receives the M number of transmission blocks from the first base station and the second base station via the multiplex transmission resources. Here, the M number of transmission blocks receives from the first base station and the M number of transmission blocks received from the second base station are decoded by using the same reference signal.
