A charge pump regulator has a charge pump to establish a charge path and a discharge path alternately, so as to produce a regulated voltage on an output terminal. The charge pump has at least a current control element on the charge path or the discharge path to control the current flowing therethrough according to an output-dependent feedback signal.

The present invention provides an electrical connector and a conducting terminal thereof. Particularly, the present invention provides a conducting terminal having enhanced structural strength in virtue of a lumbar portion and a supporting means. The conducting terminal includes a longitudinal axis and a proximal end, a lumbar portion and a distal end extended along the longitudinal axis, respectively. The proximal end is bent in a waved form so as to provide an elastically deforming capability. A free end is provided with an engaging surface. The distal end is in a barrel shape. A prop surface is provided near the lumbar portion. The supporting means is protruded from the lumbar portion toward the prop surface. The engaging surface and the lumbar portion have respective normal lines thereof intersecting the longitudinal axis.

The present invention discloses a charge pump down circuit which comprises three capacitors operating in three time phases. In the first time phase, the total of the voltages across the three capacitors is equal to an input voltage; in the second time phase, the voltage across the second capacitor is equal to the voltage across the third capacitor; in the third time phase, the difference between the voltages across the first and the second capacitors is equal to the voltage across the third capacitor, wherein the voltage across the third capacitor is the output voltage of the charge pump down circuit.

A hinge has a first bracket, a pivot pin, a second bracket and two torsion spring assemblies. The first bracket has a support and two holders. The pivot pin is mounted rotatably through the support and the holders on the base of the first bracket. The second bracket is mounted to the pivot pin. The torsion spring assemblies are mounted on the pivot pin and correspond respectively to the holders on the first bracket. Each torsion spring assembly has a disk and a torsion spring. The disk is mounted securely to the pivot pin and has a spring hook. The torsion spring is mounted around the pivot pin and has two ends. One end is mounted securely on the corresponding holder, and the other end is engaged detachably with the spring hook on the disk. The torsion springs provide a recovering force to keep the pivot pin from pivoting inadvertently.

A control device, which controls a power-converting module that is coupled to a light-emitting component, includes a duration detecting unit and a control signal generator. The duration detecting unit compares the duration of a predetermined logic state of a pulsating input dim control signal with a reference time period. The control signal generator is enabled by the duration detecting unit so as to generate a control signal that enables the power-converting module to generate a drive voltage for driving the light-emitting component when the duration of the predetermined logic state is not longer than the reference time period. The duration detecting unit disables the control signal generator to disable the power-converting module when the duration of the predetermined logic state is longer than the reference time period.

A lock includes a handle, a hub, a spindle rotatably mounted in the hub and coupled to the handle to turn therewith, and a transmission member fixed to the handle to turn therewith. The transmission member is mounted around and not rotatably engaged with the spindle. The transmission member is stopped by the hub after the handle has been turned through an angle, transmitting a torque from the handle to the hub via the transmission member. Thus, impact from the handle can be partly transmitted to the hub and then to a door on which the lock is mounted, instead of completely transmitted to the spindle. Damage to the spindle is, thus, avoided.

A dual backset latch assembly includes a housing, a latch, a casing, a transmission member, an auxiliary plate, and a retractor. The retractor and the auxiliary plate are jointly movable for selective engagement with one of first and second mounting positions in a slot of the casing corresponding to shorter and longer backset lengths. When the retractor is in the first mounting position, a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole of the casing are respectively aligned with a first through-hole and a second through-hole of the auxiliary plate and respectively extended through by two mounting posts. When the retractor is in the second mounting position, a third mounting hole of the casing is aligned with the first through-hole of the auxiliary plate and extended through by one of the mounting posts, with the other mounting post extending through the second through-hole of the auxiliary plate.

An annular flange is formed on an end of an outer circumference of the cylinder housing, leaving an annular end portion on the end of the cylinder housing. The cylinder housing is mounted to an outer surface of a door having a bore-hole, with the end portion being in intimate contact with a circumferential surface delimiting the bore-hole of the door, and with the annular flange intimately abutting against the outer surface of the door.
