    摘要: A lock assembly that has a locked state and an unlocked state. The lock assembly includes a latch assembly that has a latch and a clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism includes a first retractor that is movable in response to movement of an interior handle assembly and selectively in response to movement of the exterior handle assembly, and a second retractor that is movable in response to movement of the interior handle assembly and the exterior handle assembly. The first retractor is always engaged with the latch assembly to move the latch between the extended position and the retracted position. The second retractor is selectively disengaged from the latch assembly and is movable relative to the first retractor when the lock assembly is in the locked state.

Position of an adjusting tube relative to a driving rod of the interior button assembly is adjustable to allow the tubular lever lock to match a thickness of a door. A pressing panel and a transmission tube of the exterior clutch assembly are able to disengage from each other so the exterior handle assembly is unable to drive the lock body.

    摘要: A magnetic self-latching device for a gate has a main body with handles on either side for operation or has an arrangement to be remotely actuated, for example electrically. A latching body has a high strength magnet usually provided at the bottom of a cavity which defines a latching shoulder. The latching body is adapted to be fixed to a gate post. The main body, with its housing, can be mounted on the gate frame and incorporates a latch pin which, in the door-closed position, is displaced by magnetic attraction to an extended latching position and against the biasing of a return spring. The gate cannot be opened until actuation of the mechanism occurs, for example by rotating a handle to retract the pin against the magnetic force; the gate can then be swung open. When the handle is released, the biasing spring retains the latch pin in a retracted position. A lost motion arrangement is provided so that there is substantially no load on the pin when the handles are released and the pin is supported in the retracted position by the return spring. A carriage and an associated actuator or a flexible/semi flexible line connection is provided in the housing for incorporating the lost motion arrangement.

    摘要: An interface assembly is for an electronic device including a base and a control on the base and includes a contact on the base and coupled with the control and a data port spaced from the contact. A conductor is disposed between the data port and the contact such that data is transmissible between the data port and the contact through the conductor. The conductor is generally compressed or/and compressible between the data port and the contact and is formed of a conductive carbon material. The data port is spaced from the contact by a distance within a range of values, and the conductor provides a conductive path between the data port and the contact at each spacing distance value. A fluid impermeable cover is disposed over the base and covers the control and the contact to prevent moisture from contacting these components, with the conductor extending through the cover.
