    摘要: A self-configuring method of a femtocell base station extracts preambles from signals received from adjacent macrocells and femtocells. Transmission power of the femtocell base station is set using the extracted macrocell preambles. In addition, the preambles of the femtocell base station are selected using the correlation values between the macrocell preambles and the pre-stored femtocell preambles. Moreover, the resources for data transmission of the femtocell base station are allocated considering the adjacent macrocells and the femtocells.

    摘要: There are provided a method and an apparatus for scanning in a mobile communication system supporting a multi-carrier. For this, the scanning method includes: in a mobile station supporting a multi-carrier including a primary carrier and a secondary carrier, requesting allocation of a scanning interval to a serving base station by using the primary carrier; receiving a response message for designating the scanning interval and a carrier to be used for scanning from the serving base station; and scanning neighbor base stations by using the carrier designated by the response message in the scanning interval. Transaction data is continuously transmitted and received through the remaining carriers while scanning the neighbor base stations by using the primary carrier or the secondary carrier without interruption.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a resource reallocation and bandwidth request method in a wireless access system. The present invention uses the synchronous HARQ mode together with the asynchronous HARQ mode according to scheduling by the HARQ retransmission burst. Therefore, a resource allocation overhead for a retransmission burst is reduced during the synchronous HARQ mode operation. Also, an uplink transmission delay is reduced, and efficiency of the radio resource is maximized.

The cycle of the low-duty mode has a pattern in which an available interval and an unavailable interval repeatedly appear, and the available interval is set to include a paging listening interval of a paging cycle. A method of setting a cycle of a low-duty mode in a femto base station having a service area overlapping with that of a macrocell is provided. An unavailable interval is set by taking the overlapping degree of the service area of the femto base station with the macrocell into consideration. A method of setting a cycle of a low-duty mode in a plurality of femto base stations operated in the low-duty mode is provided. The same cycle can be set for a plurality of base stations.
