Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and apparatus for a terminal to receive a downlink signal in a wireless communication system. The method includes the steps of: receiving a downlink signal through a downlink period in a subframe including the downlink period, a gap period, and an uplink period; and demodulating the downlink signal, wherein the length of the downlink period is less than or equal to half of the subframe. When the downlink signal is received on a first type of carrier, the downlink signal is demodulated using a first cell-common reference signal. When the downlink signal is received on a second type of carrier, the downlink signal is demodulated using a terminal-specific reference signal.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method by which a terminal detects a small cell. The small cell detection method can comprise the steps of: receiving, from a serving cell, information on discovery signals of one or a plurality neighboring small cells; and detecting a discovery signal from a small cell in an off state from the one or plurality of neighboring small cells on the basis of the information on the discovery signals. The information on the discovery signals can include information on whether the small cells independently set the discovery signals or identically set the discovery signals by cluster unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure is to perform multiuser precoding in a wireless communication system. A method of operating a device for performing multiuser precoding in a wireless communication system may comprise transmitting configuration information related to channel state information (CSI) feedback to candidate devices, transmitting reference signals corresponding to the configuration information, receiving CSI feedback signals from the candidate devices, determining precoding vectors for participating devices that are at least part of the candidate devices, performing precoding for data to the participating devices using the precoding vectors, and transmitting the precoded data. The participating devices may be determined based on information including magnitude values of precoding vectors for the candidate devices determined by a decoder neural network based on the CSI feedback signals generated by an encoder neural network.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for reporting, by a terminal, channel state information (CSI) in a wireless communication system. More specifically, the method includes: receiving, from a base station, a pilot signal related to calculation of a quantization rule, in which the quantization rule is determined based on an empirical distribution of an encoder neural network output of the terminal; transmitting, to the base station, quantization rule information related to the quantization rule calculated based on the pilot signal; and receiving, from the base station, information on a gradient calculated based on the quantization rule information, and the quantization rule information includes information on an empirically calculated variance with respect to the empirical distribution of the encoder neural network output.
