Abstract: A matching computer system for electronically generating, matching, and providing online user profiles, and determining a trust score for a user based upon at least social media data and insurance data is provided. The matching computer system may be configured to register users within the matching computer system, receive consent from the users to capture the social media data, and collect the social media data and the insurance data from each registered user. The matching computer system may also be configured to retrieve the social media data and the insurance data associated with each registered user. The matching computer system may be further configured to determine a trust score for each registered user based upon each respective social media data and each respective insurance data. Each trust score represents a level of trustworthiness of the user.

Abstract: A data analytics computing device for generating refined risk models responsive to vehicle-based telematics data is configured to receive geolocation data and telematics data associated with a plurality of vehicles. The geolocation data is captured at a location sensor of a vehicle computing device and representative of a location of the vehicle, and the telematics data is captured at a plurality of sensors of at least one of the vehicle or the vehicle computing device and representative of movement of the vehicle. The plurality of vehicles is associated with a geographic area. The data analytics computing device is also configured to apply machine-learning techniques to the geolocation data and the telematics data to define standard driving behavior within the geographic area, and generate driving behavior risk models for the geographic area based upon the standard driving behavior.

Abstract: A method of facilitating first mile/last mile transfer of a vehicle includes: analyzing a first route and a second route using a trained machine learning model to determine, respectively, a first cost of the first route and a second cost of the second route to a user; wherein the trained machine learning model is trained using at least one of a detour in time, a delay in miles, a time of day, a traffic congestion factor, or profile information about a ride share passenger; causing a message including the first cost and the second cost to be displayed to the user via an electronic device of the user; and receiving an indication of whether the user selects the first route or the second route.

Abstract: A vehicle routing system includes a vehicle routing and analytics (VRA) computing device, one or more databases, and one or more vehicles communicatively coupled to the VRA computing device. The VRA computing device is configured to generate an optimal route for a vehicle to travel that maximizes potential revenue for operation of the vehicle, the optimal route including a schedule of a plurality of tasks, and generate analytics associated with operation of the vehicle. The VRA computing device is further configured to provide a management hub software application accessible by vehicle users associated with vehicles, tasks sources, and other users.

Abstract: In a method for applying penalties or incentives to a driver of a rented vehicle, an indication that the driver has agreed to terms for renting the vehicle from the vehicle owner is received, with the terms including the potential application of penalties or incentives to the driver based on driving behavior. Telematics data, indicative of operation of the rented vehicle by the driver during a period of time, is also received. By analyzing the telematics data, one or more driving behaviors of the driver during the time period is/are identified. One or more characteristics of the rented vehicle are also determined. One or more penalties or incentives are caused to be applied to the driver, based on the driving behavior(s) and the one or more characteristics of the rented vehicle.

Abstract: The following relates generally to using artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) to identify patentable ideas from company emails. In some embodiments, one or more processors: access one or more email messages; identify, via a machine learning (ML) chatbot trained to analyze text and generate text, one or more patentable concepts in the one or more email messages; compare the one or more patentable concepts to a patent database including published patent applications with respective publication dates on or before the date of database access, wherein comparing includes generating a comparison document indicating at least one difference and/or at least one similarity between the one or more patentable concepts and the patent applications of the patent database, wherein the comparing includes using the ML chatbot; and generate, based upon the comparison, one or more novelty scores for each of the one or more patentable concepts.

Abstract: Systems and methods for an artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) chatbot for intelligent negotiation of terms is disclosed herein. An exemplary computing system includes one or more processors; and a memory storing executable instructions thereon. When executed by the one or more processors, these instructions may cause the one or more processors to: receive, from a first contracting party during a negotiating period, a plurality of prospective terms for a contractual agreement; and determine, via an AI chatbot, whether the plurality of prospective terms are acceptable terms based on a plurality of parameters indicated by a second contracting party. Responsive to determining that the plurality of prospective terms are unacceptable terms, the instructions may further cause the processors to generate, via the AI chatbot, a plurality of counter terms based on the plurality of parameters; and transmit the plurality of counter terms to the first contracting party.
