Abstract:
A stator of a motor comprises a stator core including a plurality of plate members stacked together; the stator core including: a yoke of a tubular shape; and teeth each of which includes an extending portion extending inward in a radial direction of the yoke from the yoke and an increased-width portion formed at a tip end of the extending portion so as to have a greater width than the extending portion in a circumferential direction of the yoke; wherein the extending portion has a constant-width portion extending radially in a straight-line shape so as to have a constant circumferential width, a narrower portion having a circumferential width smaller than a circumferential width of the constant-width portion, and a clamp portion for securing the plurality of plate members to each other; and wherein at least a portion of the clamp portion is located in the narrower portion.
Abstract:
A laminated iron core and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to secure the lamination strength of the respective iron core pieces thereof, and to provide good magnetic efficiency and to reduce a loss. In a laminated iron core including a first caulking section formed in an area thereof having larger magnetic flux density than other area and a second caulking section formed in the other area, the engagement area A of the recessed sub-sections and projecting sub-sections of the first caulking sections of divided iron core pieces adjoining each other in the laminating direction is set smaller than the engagement area B of the recessed sub-sections and projecting sub-sections of the second caulking sections adjoining each other in the laminating direction.
Abstract:
A stator includes a stator core, which has a plurality of stacked electromagnetic steel sheets, caulking portions configured to fix the plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets to each other, and a plurality of slot portions open toward an inner circumference side and arrayed along a circumferential direction. A number Q (an integer of 1 or greater) of the caulking portions, a number S of the slot portions and a number P of the poles satisfy Q≦S and Q=P×n/2 (where n is an integer of 1 or greater). The stator is preferably part of a motor for a compressor.
Abstract:
A core of a rotating electrical machine is formed by laminating core plates, which are each formed by a plurality of core pieces. According to the method for manufacturing the core, a belt-like workpiece is first conveyed intermittently in its longitudinal direction. Then, while the workpiece is in a stopped state, side edges of a core piece are punched out. At a downstream position in the conveying direction of the workpiece, the remaining edges of the core piece are cut, so that the core piece is punched out. The punched out core pieces are lined up on a support. The core plate is thus formed, and the core pieces are laminated.
Abstract:
A rotor includes a rotor core fixedly attached to a rotational shaft and having a plurality of hole portions arranged in the circumferential direction, a magnet inserted into a plurality of hole portions each, and a filling portion injected into the hole portion. The filling portion is injected into the hole portion from a gate facing a central part in the width direction of the magnet in the opening of the hole portion.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for fabricating a molded stator of a rotary electric machine, the method comprising: a lamination step of laminating a plurality of core sheets each having a plurality of core pieces connected to one joining portion via bridge portions, thereby forming a divided-laminated-core group structure; a winding step of winding a coil on a teeth portion of each divided laminated core of the divided-laminated-core group structure; a cutting step of cutting the bridge portions, thereby separating the divided laminated cores wound with the coils; a temporary fixing step of temporarily fixing the divided laminated cores circularly arranged to form a stator; and a molding step of placing, in a mold, the stator into which a mold mandrel is inserted along the inner circumferential surface, and molding an outer circumferential surface of the stator with resin.
Abstract:
A stator core comprises a laminated part made by stacking a plurality of sheet-like plates and one sheet-like plate into an integral unit in a manner to form dimple portions on both surfaces in the stacking direction thereof, and side plates each having extended portions and nib portions formed on a surface opposite the side where the extended portions are provided and disposed in a manner to sandwich the both surfaces of the laminated part, wherein the laminated part and the side plates are fastened together by inserting the nib portions on the side plates into the dimple portions formed on the laminated part.

Abstract:
The laminar article for electrical use comprises a plurality of superposed first metal laminations fixed together. Each of the first laminations is provided with at least one fastener projecting from a first surface thereof and defining a recess in its opposite side. Each fastener of one lamination is arranged to fit into a recess of an adjacent lamination. The article presents second laminations interposed between at least two adjacent first laminations fixed together. The second laminations are provided with through apertures which are traversed by the fasteners which fix the adjacent first laminations together. The method consists of die-cutting a plurality of laminations from a metal sheet, rotating the die-cut laminations and superposing them, to then fix them together in predetermined manner. The laminations can be die-cut with a reference axis thereof rotated through a predetermined angle about a reference axis of the sheet metal, to limit the rotations to be imposed on the laminations during their mutual fixing.
Abstract:
A rotor for a motor includes a plurality of laminations. Each lamination includes a central opening having an outer surface. The outer surface is defined by a continuous non-circular curve. A shaft includes a cylindrical portion configured to engage the outer surface. The cylindrical portion is sized to define an interference fit between the cylindrical portion and at least a portion of the outer surface.
