Grease is applied to an outer peripheral surface of the support shaft. A grease relief passage, which relieves the grease, extends between the output gear and the transmission plate.

摘要： A motor apparatus is provided with a yoke housing, a gear housing and a brush holder. A receiving portion of the gear housing receives the worm wheel, etc. therein. The brush holder is interposed between the yoke housing and the gear housing. The worm wheel is provided with a switching plate on one side face thereof, which is in slide contact with contact members. The gear housing is provided with a housing body and a cover. In the housing body is formed a communication hole to communicate an internal spaces of the receiving portion and a yoke housing. The contact members are disposed on the brush holder and on the bottom portion side of the receiving portion with respect to the worm wheel so as to extend through the communication hole into the gear housing.

摘要： A core includes a ring body and a plurality of teeth. The teeth extend radially outward form the outer circumference of the ring body. The core is formed by assembling a first core member and a second core member. Each core member has part of the teeth the number of which is half the total number of the teeth. Each tooth includes a tooth body about which the coil is wound, and a magnetism converging portion provided at the distal end of the tooth body. The tooth height of each tooth body gradually increases from a distal section to a proximal section of the tooth body. The tooth width gradually decreases from the distal section to the proximal section. The wire is wound about each of the teeth of the first and second core members. Then, the first and second core members are assembled to form the core. Accordingly, a rotor core having a high coil accommodation efficiency and a high coil space factor is obtained.
