Abstract:
The present disclosure involves a method of performing a maskless lithography process. The method includes providing a proximity correction pattern. The method includes generating a deformed pattern based on the proximity correction pattern. The method includes performing a first convolution process to the proximity correction pattern to generate a first proximity correction pattern contour. The method includes processing the first proximity correction pattern contour to generate a second proximity correction pattern contour. The method includes performing a second convolution process to the deformed pattern to generate a first deformed pattern contour. The method includes processing the first deformed pattern contour to generate a second deformed pattern contour. The method includes identifying mismatches between the second proximity correction pattern contour and the second deformed pattern contour. The method includes determining whether the deformed pattern is lithography-ready in response to the identifying.
Abstract:
A structure of high electron mobility transistor growth on Si substrate and the method thereof, in particular used for the semiconductor device manufacturing in the semiconductor industry. The UHVCVD system was used in the related invention to grow a Ge film on Si substrate then grow the high electron mobility transistor on the Ge film for the reduction of buffer layer thickness and cost. The function of the Ge film is preventing the formation of silicon oxide when growing III-V MHEMT structure in MOCVD system on Si substrate. The reason of using MHEMT in the invention is that the metamorphic buffer layer in MHEMT structure could block the penetration of dislocation which is formed because of the very large lattice mismatch (4.2%) between Ge and Si substrate.
Abstract:
In an exemplary hidden refresh method for a pseudo SRAM, a system clock is received. A duty-on period of the system clock signal is adapted for performing a data access operation such as write or read operation. A refresh clock signal subjected to the control of the system clock signal is generated. A duty-on period of the refresh clock signal is non-overlapped with the duty-on period of the system clock signal. A refresh control pulse then is triggered by a starting edge of the duty-on period of the refresh clock signal to activate a word line, for performing a refresh operation.
Abstract:
A receiving device for a global positioning system and an antenna structure thereof. The receiving device includes a housing, a circuit board and the antenna structure. The circuit board is disposed inside the housing and has a ground portion and a signal feeding portion. The antenna structure is disposed inside the housing and includes a metal plate, a first electric conducting element and a second electric conducting element. The metal plate is used for receiving a GPS signal. The first electric conducting element has one end coupled to the metal plate, and the other end coupled to the ground portion of the circuit board. The second electric conducting element for feeding the GPS signal to the circuit board has one end coupled to the metal plate, and the other end coupled to the signal feeding portion of the circuit board.
Abstract:
A coating system for golf balls using magnetic levitation is described. Golf balls including magnetic material interact with a magnetic field generated by a magnetic field source with a platform. The interaction between the magnetic field and the golf ball causes the golf ball to levitate above the platform. A conveyor apparatus is used to move the golf balls and platforms through the coating system. The levitating golf balls are sprayed with coating material. Spraying the levitating golf balls allows for even and uniform coating of the golf ball. Additionally, imparting a spin or rotation to the golf balls assists with the even and uniform application of the sprayed coating material.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a memory device is provided. The method includes forming an electrode over a substrate. The method also includes forming an opening in the electrode to provide a tapered electrode contact surface proximate the opening. The method further includes forming a phase change feature over the electrode and on the tapered electrode contact surface.
Abstract:
A card connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of contacts, a projection and a detecting contact set. The insulating housing includes a bottom wall, a right wall and a left wall for defining a receiving space. The contacts are received in the insulating housing. The projection is protruded from the right wall and into the receiving space, which includes a slanting surface slanted relative to the right wall. The detecting contact set is fixed in the insulating housing, which includes a contacting arm protruding from the slating surface of the projection and into the receiving space. Due to the contacting arm of the detecting contact set is protruded from the slanting surface of the projection in the receiving space, the detecting contact set will be actuated while a card is inserted into the receiving space correctly and completely. Since, the detecting accuracy of the card connector is improved.
Abstract:
A novel method and system for conducting wide-field multi-photon microscopy through plane-projection are provided. It has been discovered that the limitations of conventional temporal-focusing techniques, such as single excitation wavelength and low acquisition rates can be resolved utilizing a novel optical set-up in which an optical diffuser is used as the scatterer. The use of such an optical arrangement enables temporal focusing regardless of the central wavelength of laser pukes. In addition, the optical sectioning possible using the disclosed microscopy is comparable to confocal microscopy, and can be robustly achieved by both moderate and high NA objectives at 100-fs puke width. Moreover, the multi-photon excitation efficiency of the disclosed system can be enhanced by lowering the repetition rate of the ultrafast laser light source at constant pulse width and average power.
