A display device for performing image display by irradiating light from a light source to a display panel includes a transparent EL sheet which is disposed at aback surface side of the display panel and kept transparent in a non-luminous state, a reflection sheet which reflects the light from the light source to the display panel, a display control unit which controls the image display on the display panel, and a light emission control unit which controls light emission on the transparent EL sheet, wherein when the light emission control unit brings at least a part of a surface of the transparent EL sheet into a luminous state corresponding to the image display on the display panel controlled by the display control unit, an emitted light is irradiated to the display panel together with the light from the light source and the light reflecting from the reflection sheet.

Information for each of a right eye and a left eye obtained by a pair of cameras, which is provided on a three-dimensional image information obtaining apparatus, is displayed on a three-dimensional image display apparatus. An optical axis of each of the cameras is disposed so as to intersect each other on a horizontal surface or on a surface inclined with respect to the horizontal surface. Based on a detection result of a distance sensor for detecting a distance between each of the cameras and a subject, an image capturing position of each of the cameras is adjusted such that the intersection point of the optical axes of the cameras is on the subject. The image information for the right eye and the left eye obtained by the three-dimensional image information obtaining apparatus is printed on a recording sheet by a three-dimensional image printer. Hence, it is possible to positively obtain a three-dimensional image in line with a stereoscopic image recognized by a user's eyes.

In a boundary active only scheme proposed by the present invention, only a cell in a boundary of region growth is brought into an active mode, and the other cells are brought into a standby mode. The respective cells perform state transition in parallel, and decision of the state transition performed for each clock cycle is not performed in a case where any of the three conditions that none of the adjacent cells is ignited, the cell itself is already ignited, and the cell already belongs to a certain divided region is satisfied. Therefore the number of simultaneously operating cells and that of coupling weight registers are minimized, and control is automatically executed to reduce power consumption.

A colored base coating composition includes a chlorinated polyolefin resin grafted with an acrylic component in which the acrylic component has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 60° C. or more and an OH group-containing acrylic resin. The chlorinated polyolefin resin grafted with the acrylic component and the OH group-containing acrylic resin have a mass ratio of nonvolatile matters thereof ranging from 70/30 to 50/50. The colored base coating composition is applied on a substrate made of a nonpolar resin to form a colored base coat, and the coat is dried so that a nonvolatile matter of the coat becomes 70 to 100% by mass. A clear coating composition having a coating viscosity of 15 to 50 mPa·s is applied on the colored base coat to form the clear coat, and the clear coat is irradiated with an active energy ray in an atmosphere having an oxygen content of 5% by mass or less to be cured.
