    摘要: Optical resolution of lysine in the form of racemic lysine sulphanilate is enhanced by the addition to the supersaturated solution of racemic lysine sulphanilate of one or more substances which suppress the formation of seeds of racemic lysine sulphanilate in the supersatured solution. Among the seed-suppressing substances which may be added are lysine, lysine acetate, lysine carbonate, amino acetic acid and glycerol. The yield of optically active lysine sulphanilate is improved according to the disclosed process.
