摘要: A stator device for an electric machine includes a stator core which has an axial end face and a plurality of hollow guides each of which passes axially through the stator core, has an outer portion projecting out of the stator core at the end face and is designed to guide a temperature control fluid in their interior. A compensating body forms a plurality of fluid conduits which are separated from one another, each adjoining the outer portion of one of the hollow guides in order to convey the temperature control fluid between an opening of the fluid conduit and the interior of the hollow guide.

摘要: A rotating electric machine system is equipped with a rotating shaft, a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft in a housing, and a rotor internal flow path through which a liquid coolant flows. The rotor internal flow path is formed inside a rotor and extends along an axial direction of the rotating shaft. Groove shaped flow paths are formed in the rotating shaft. The groove shaped flow paths are recessed inwardly in a diametrical direction and extend along the axial direction of the rotating shaft. An inner circumferential surface of the bearing covers the groove shaped flow paths, and thereby constitutes one portion of the rotor internal flow path.

摘要: An electric drive unit includes a housing, rotor shaft, motor, and plurality of bearings. The housing defines motor housing and gearbox regions. The housing has a bearing shield extending between the motor housing and gearbox regions and defining an aperture. The rotor shaft extends through the aperture from the motor housing region into the gearbox region. The motor is within the motor housing region and includes a stator and a rotor on the rotor shaft. The plurality of bearings are coupled with, and support and facilitate rotation of, the rotor shaft. The plurality of bearings includes every bearing of the electric drive unit that is coupled with, and configured to support and facilitate rotation of, the rotor shaft. At least one of (1) each of the plurality of bearings is outside of the motor housing region and (2) each of the plurality of bearings is within the gearbox region.

摘要: An electrical machine having a rotor mounted rotatably relative to a stator, the rotor has a rotor shaft with a rotor body mounted thereon for rotation and displacement therewith. The stator has a stator body with a first stator winding arranged within a first hydraulic space, within which the first stator winding can be contacted at least in sections by a hydraulic fluid.
