A system for inspecting bonding resistance of a display device includes a display panel, at least one circuit board, at least one driving chip and a testing board. The display panel includes at least one testing conductive line and connecting conductive lines. The circuit board is connected with the testing conductive line and the connecting conductive lines. The driving chip includes at least one testing pad and connecting pads, respectively electrically connected to the testing conductive line and the connecting conductive lines; at least one comparator connected to the testing pad; and at least one logic circuit connected to the comparator. The testing board is connected to the circuit board and provides a test signal to the testing pad through the circuit board and the testing conductive line. The test signal is compared with a reference signal in the comparator, and the logic circuit determines a comparing result.

This invention discloses a light emitting diode, a wafer level package method, a wafer level bonding method, and a circuit structure for a wafer level package. The light emitting diode includes a package carrier, a conducting material, at least one light emitting diode structure and a package material. The package carrier has at least one package unit and two through holes on the package carrier and corresponding to the package unit. The conducting material is disposed in the through holes and formed at the bottom of the package unit. The light emitting diode structure is formed on a substrate. The substrate having a light emitting diode structure is flipped over in the package unit, and the electrodes of the light emitting diode structure are bonded with the conducting material. After the substrate is removed, a package material is stuffed in the package unit or on the light emitting diode structure.

The light emitting dies are secured in the trench and electrically connected to a predetermined wiring layer on the metal substrate by metal wires, thereby obtaining a light emitting die package substrate with good thermal conductivity, high heat dissipation, separate electrical and thermal paths and a simple and firm structure.

The invention relates to a pair of eyeglasses which include a lens stand and a pair of gaskets. Each gasket can be detachably connected to the lens stand. Each gasket has an inner edge that protrudes forwards to accommodate the lens. The degree of the curve of the lens is smaller than that of the lens stand relative to the horizontal direction, so that the size of the lens can be efficiently reduced, and hence the lens with diopter can be used easily and aberration can be efficiently eliminated. Furthermore, after the gaskets are connected to the lens stand, the upper portion of the gaskets may generate gas permeable holes so as to prevent the lens from fogging up.

A paper feeder disposed on a casing for feeding a paper is provided. The paper feeder includes a feeding axle and a paper stopper. The feeding axle has a first engaging portion. The paper stopper includes a blocking plate and a second engaging portion. The paper stopper is co-axially and rotatably disposed on the feeding axle. When the feeding axle rotates in a first direction to engage the second engaging portion with the first engaging portion, the feeding axle drives the paper stopper to rotate in the first direction until the blocking plate blocks the paper. When the feeding axle rotates in a second direction to detach the second engaging portion from the first engaging portion, the feeding axle is able to feed a paper.

An eyeglass device with a detachable lens unit has a frame and a lens unit. The frame has a first end and a second end in width each connecting to a foot, and has an intermediate between the first and second ends extending out a connecting base with a recess. The lens unit comprises two lenses and a connecting piece between the two lenses to snugly engage with the recess of the frame. Thereby, the lens unit and the frame are combined together and positioned and thus the attachment or detachment of the eyeglass device is convenient.
