    摘要: A filter material for microfilters which is made of a micorporous film made of thermoplastic resin having micropores, the material being characterized in that the micropores are formed from a 3-dimensional network made of trunk fibrils extending in one direction of the film and branch fibrils through which the trunk fibrils are connected to one another, and the density of the branch fibrils is higher than the density of the trunk fibrils. This filter material is strength enough for practical use and also exhibits a high separation efficiency.

    摘要: A shaft sealing assembly seals a rotary shaft of a refrigerant compressor with a first sealing member, which is a lip seal. The first sealing member has a hollow portion. As the pressure in the interior space of the compressor housing increases, an outer wall surrounding the hollow portion is elastically deformed. Accordingly, a lip portion of the first sealing member receives a tension that weakens a force pressing the lip portion against the rotary shaft. Therefore, the sealing assembly improves the durability of the lip portion and maintains a satisfactory property of the lip portion to follow displacement of the rotary shaft at the same time.

    摘要: A shaft seal seals a rotary shaft surface to prevent fluid from moving between a high-pressure area and a low-pressure area. The shaft seal has a lip type ring fitted on the side of the high-pressure area of the rotary shaft. The lip type ring further includes a lip ring, a plurality of first portions and a plurality of second portions. The lip ring is located around the rotary shaft. The lip ring has a ring surface. The first portions are formed on the ring surface to slidably contact the rotary shaft surface. The first portions guide the fluid towards a space between the ring surface and the rotary shaft surface as the rotary shaft is rotated. The second portions are formed on the ring surface. The second portions prevent the fluid in the space from leaking into the low-pressure area.

    摘要: The compressor has a cooling structure to effectively cool a shaft seal device interposed between a housing of the compressor and a rotary shaft. The front housing has a through-hole through which the rotary shaft extends, and the shaft seal device is arranged in the through-hole. A passage (suction passage portion) is connected to the thorough-hole. An inlet from a portion of the passage to the through-hole is arranged right above the rotary shaft, and an outlet from the through-hole to a portion of the passage is arranged right below the rotary shaft. The passage is connected to a suction pressure region outside the compressor and to the suction chamber via the through-hole.
