摘要： A silicon-containing film-forming composition includes a polysiloxane and organic solvent. The polysiloxane includes a first structural unit, a second structural unit, and a third structural unit. The first structural unit is derived from a tetraalkoxysilane. The second structural unit is derived from a compound shown by a formula (1), wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an electron-donating group, at least one R1 is an electron-donating group, R2 represents a monovalent organic group, and n represents 0 or 1. The third structural unit is derived from a compound shown by a formula (2), wherein R3 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and R4 represents a monovalent organic group.

The smart entry system includes portable devices, an onboard transmitter for transmitting request signals to the portable devices, an onboard receiver for receiving identification signals from the portable devices, and a trunk lockout protection feature. The trunk lockout protection feature is configured to receive a command signal to either initiate a trunk lockout protection sequence to unlock the trunk in the event that one of the portable devices is locked in the trunk or to disable the trunk lockout protection sequence to permit the trunk to remain in a locked state in the event that one of the portable devices is locked in the trunk.

The resist underlayer film-forming composition includes (A) a polysiloxane. A radiation-sensitive resin composition is applied to the resist underlayer film to form a resist film. The radiation-sensitive resin composition includes (a1) a polymer that changes in polarity and decreases in solubility in an organic solvent due to an acid. The resist film is exposed. The exposed resist film is developed using a developer that includes an organic solvent.

摘要： An OLT transmits and receives a CMTS/CM apparatus control signal through an apparatus physical management interface which is physically identical to or different from a main signal interface (NNI) and processes the CMTS apparatus control signal by itself. When connection of a new ONU is detected by an ONU apparatus control signal, an IP address is allocated by using the CM apparatus control signal in a manner similar to the CM. The CM apparatus control signal regarding the ONU is transmitted and received by using the IP address and a mutual conversion is performed between the CM apparatus control signal and the ONU apparatus control signal. The ONU processes the ONU apparatus control signal in a manner similar to the ONU based on an ordinary PON standard.

摘要： In a conventional tablet packing device, a tablet discharged from a tablet case is supplied to a medicine packing unit through a common path such as a hopper. Thus, in the conventional tablet packing device, a large number of types of tablets are collected through the common path, so that a problem of cross contamination (the chipped pieces of the tablet of the type different from that of the tablet to be packed are mixed) occurs. The present invention provides a tablet packing device from which common path is eliminated. The present invention is characterized by including a conveyance unit for conveying a tablet case to a case arrangement section so that a tablet can directly be discharged from the tablet case to a tablet packing unit.

摘要： The present invention provides a silicon single crystal manufacturing method for manufacturing a single crystal based on a horizontal magnetic field applied CZ method for pulling the single crystal while applying a horizontal magnetic field to a silicon raw material melt accommodated in a quartz crucible by a magnetic field application device, comprising: measuring a center position of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field application device; and deviating the measured center position of the magnetic field from a pulling member serving as a rotation axis of the single crystal in a horizontal direction within the range of 2 to 14 mm before manufacture of the single crystal and/or during manufacture of the single crystal. As a result, the silicon single crystal manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus that enable manufacture of a single crystal while suppressing fluctuations in diameter and in oxygen concentration without a variation caused due to characteristics of the apparatus can be provided.
