Abstract:
A combination weighing device includes a dispersing table, a plurality of radial feeders, a plurality of cameras, an image processing unit, and a touch panel. The dispersing table receives a supply of a large number of articles and disperses the articles. The radial feeders are arranged to extend radially from the dispersing table, receive the articles dispersed by the dispersing table, and convey the articles in a direction away from the dispersing table. The cameras are disposed at a position other than a space directly above the dispersing unit and capture images of the dispersing table and the radial feeders. The image processing unit generates a projection plan view image of the dispersing table and the radial feeders by synthesizing the images captured by the cameras. The touch panel outputs the plan view image.
Abstract:
A packaging apparatus includes a packaging unit and two heater rollers. The packaging unit installs a stretch film on an article to be packaged and discharges the article to be packaged installed with the stretch film along a conveyance surface. The two heater rollers heat the stretch film positioned below the article to be packaged discharged from the packaging unit. The heater rollers have contact portions with the article to be packaged positioned higher than the conveyance surface. Among the two heater rollers, height of the contact portion of one heater roller on a upstream side in a discharge direction relative to the conveyance surface is lower than height of the contact portion of the other heater roller on a downstream side in the discharge direction relative to the conveyance surface.
Abstract:
A label issuing apparatus of an embodiment includes a print unit that prints commodity information on a linerless label, a feeding unit that feeds the linerless label, a cutting unit that detaches the linerless label as a label piece, and a temporary adhesion unit that holds the label piece, and superimposes an upstream end portion in a feeding direction of the held label piece on a downstream end portion in a feeding direction of a subsequent label, the subsequent label being the linerless label next fed by the feeding unit.
Abstract:
An article alignment device aligns articles having first end portions and second end portions that have a shape different from the shape of the first end portions. The article alignment device includes a first conveyance device, a second conveyance device, and a control device. The first conveyance device has conveyance units that carry and convey the articles. The first conveyance device conveys the articles in a first orientation. In the first orientation the first end portions are positioned on a downstream side with respect to a first conveyance direction of the articles. The second conveyance device is placed downstream of the first conveyance device. The control device controls the first and second conveyance devices such that the orientation of first articles conveyed by the second conveyance device are changed to a second orientation where the second end portions are positioned on the downstream side.
Abstract:
A filtering technique which makes it possible to easily and appropriately eliminate a noise without increasing a scale of a circuit necessary for a filtering process even if a noise frequency is liable to be changed is provided. A filter coefficient calculator (6) of a weight measurement apparatus calculates filter coefficients using a predetermined arithmetic expression and outputs them to a signal processor (5). The signal processor (5) carries out a filtering process on a weighing signal (Ds) using the filter coefficients. The arithmetic expression includes a parameter specifying a band position of an attenuation band where attenuation must be locally enhanced. A user can input a value of the parameter via a data entry part (7). In this manner, the filter coefficients can be changed by using a parameter specifying the band position of the attenuation band which is physical and thus easy to grasp. Accordingly, it is possible to easily move the attenuation band, and thus noise can be eliminated easily and appropriately.
Abstract:
A mixing system includes a portioning device for sequentially supplying batches of a specified quantity of foodstuffs at a supply location. A mixing device includes a number of mixing chambers which can be sequentially aligned with the foodstuff supply location. A dispenser is provided for dispensing measured quantities of an additive at an additive supply location spaced from the foodstuff supply location. The mixing chambers are movable about a closed path so as to be sequentially brought into alignment with the foodstuff supply location and the additive supply location. A control system controls operation of the portion device, mixing device and dispenser. A packaging device is disposed downstream to the supply location and below the mixing device for packaging the batch of foodstuffs in a bag. Each mixing chamber is operable above the packaging device to discharge its contents into the packaging device.
Abstract:
A load cell 1 includes a strain body 2, a bridge circuit and a coating film 10. The bridge circuit is formed of a strain gauge 7 arranged on the strain body 2. The coating film 10 is formed on the strain body 2, covers at least a portion of the strain body 2 attached to a member made of a metal material dissimilar to the strain body and a strain occurring portion of the strain body 2 except for a portion to be attached to the strain gauge 7, includes a coating layer made of resin having a glass transition temperature of 40null C. or more, and has an electrical insulating property.
Abstract:
A conveyance apparatus (1) according to an embodiment includes: a conveyance unit (3) configured to convey an article that is charged from an outside and contains fat on at least a surface of the article, wherein a hydrophilic coating layer is formed on a conveyance front surface (31) of the conveyance unit (3).
Abstract:
It is an object of the present invention to provide a weighing device in which dropping of articles from gripping means and reductions in weighing precision are suppressed. In a weighing device (100), when at least one of an operation state of grippers (30) and weighing results from weighing units (40) fulfills any condition from among “a weight value of articles (A) weighed by the weighing units (40) not being a preset target weight value,” “an operating distance in an operation in which the articles (A) are held by gripping members (32) being greater than a prescribed range,” and “the operating distance in the operation in which the articles (A) are held by the gripping members (32) being less than the prescribed range,” the articles (A) gripped by the grippers (30) are returned to an article group accommodation container (52) by a control unit (70) without said articles (A) being discharged to a discharge chute. As a result, a situation where the grippers (30) operate while still holding “articles for which the weight value is not the target weight value” is avoided.
Abstract:
An article processing apparatus (1) according to an embodiment discharges an article to a downstream apparatus (2) disposed downstream. The article processing apparatus includes: a display (110); a capturing unit (100) that captures a picture including at least part of the downstream apparatus; and a controller (30) that displays, in a case where a processing operation of the article remains stopped in the article processing apparatus, on the display, the picture captured by the capturing unit.
