    Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a first substrate (S1) and a second substrate (S2) provided oppositely, and a plurality of sub-pixels (P) arranged in a matrix, wherein the sub-pixels at least include first subordinate sub-pixels and second subordinate sub-pixels; the first substrate is provided with a plurality of common electrodes (Com1, Com2), the first subordinate sub-pixel and the second subordinate sub-pixel of a same sub-pixel (P) respectively correspond to different common electrodes, and the common electrodes corresponding thereto are respectively connected with different external common voltage signal (H); and the second substrate is provided with a plurality of common electrode lines (Com′1, Com′2), the first subordinate sub-pixel and the second subordinate sub-pixel of a same sub-pixel respectively correspond to different common electrode lines, and the common electrode lines corresponding thereto are electrically connected with the common electrodes corresponding thereto, respectively.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a flexible display device including the display substrate, which belong to the field of display technology, and can solve the problem of poor reliability of an existing display substrate due to damage to thin film transistors when the display substrate is bent. In the display substrate provided by the present invention, by providing the stress absorbing units made of a resin material in the display substrate, the stress generated during bending of the display substrate is released through the transparent resin material and the thin film transistors on the display substrate are unlikely to be damaged, thereby improving the reliability of the whole display substrate.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The array substrate comprises a plurality of gate lines (102) and a plurality of data lines (101); a region defined by adjacent data lines (101) and adjacent gate lines (102) is a pixel unit; the pixel unit includes a common electrode line (103), a pixel electrode (104), a thin film transistor (105) and an auxiliary electrode (202); a first end of the auxiliary electrode (202) is electrically connected with a drain electrode (203) of the thin film transistor (105); and a second end of the auxiliary electrode (202) is electrically connected with the pixel electrode (104). The array substrate is used for enhancing an electric field within the peripheral range of the pixel electrode (104) of the pixel unit and avoiding the phenomenon of light leakage at an edge of the pixel unit.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a data line and a gate line arranged crossly, a thin film transistor being arranged in vicinity of a cross position of the data line and the gate line, the thin film transistor comprising a gate and a source, the gate being connected with the gate line, the source being connected with the data line, an orthographic projection of the source on a base substrate of the array substrate partly overlapping with an orthographic projection of the gate on the base substrate of the array substrate. The array substrate provided by the present invention can reduce the parasitic capacitance generated between the source and the gate of the thin film transistor, thereby being capable of reducing delay of the gate line signal so as to improve the display quality.
