    摘要: The electrical connecting device has a cable compartment including spaced inner and outer annular portions. At least one of the top and bottom walls of each annular portion is formed with an annular groove. The portion of compartment other than the portions having annular grooves has a height H1 between the top and bottom walls. The height H1 is substantially equal to the width W of a flexible flat cable. The cable may be formed with projections on its edges. The compartment height H1 may be set between the width of the cable portion with the projections and the width of the cable portion without the projections. Therefore, the connector with high quality and high reliability can prevent an impinging noise from being made by vibration.

    摘要: An electrical connection device between a handle and a steering column for a vehicle includes a rotor, a housing for rotatably supporting the rotor and a flexible flat cable accommodated in an annular space defined by the rotor and the housing. The rotor is provided on an outer periphery thereof with a resinous C-ring of which frictional coefficient is smaller than that of the rotor. Consequently, when the rotor rotates with respect to the housing, the sliding resistance of the rotor rotating can be reduced by the C-ring, so that the sliding-noise can be reduced.

    摘要: An electrical connection device between a handle and a steering column for a vehicle includes a rotor, a housing for rotatably supporting the rotor and a flexible flat cable accommodated in an annular space defined by the rotor and the housing. The rotor has a tip having a convex curved-face, which is arranged at an axial end of the rotor. A part of the housing, which comes into contact with the tip of the rotor, is shaped to have a concave curved-face. With the arrangement, when the rotating direction of the rotor is reversed, the tip of the rotor would be guided by the concave curved-face of the housing, so that a plane-contact between the side of the rotor and the side of the housing can be avoided thereby to reduce the contact-noise.

    摘要: A frame for a motorcycle having a sealed cavity located within the down tube assembly. The down tube assembly includes two parallel down tubes with two cross members joining same. An inlet and outlet are associated with the cavity thus formed and are placed into communication with the exhaust and intake for lubricant to the engine. Thus, a lubricant supply reservoir is formed. A breather port is also included with the down tube assembly for exhausting gases from the lubricant reservoir. Additional frame construction is disclosed including frame joints, a rear carrier, a rear fender assembly and cross members therefor.

    摘要: A motorcycle having exhaust pipes of equal length and a V-type engine having a front and rear cylinder block. The exhaust pipe associated with the front cylinder block extending directly back to above the rear suspension mount. The exhaust pipe associated with the rear cylinder block extends downwardly to beneath and around the rear suspension mount and then upwardly to above the rear suspension mount. Both exhaust pipes terminate above the rear suspension mount to connect with mufflers which extend upwardly and rearwardly adjacent to the back stay structure. The exhaust muffler systems are fixed to the back stay structure adjacent the aft end thereof. Pillion step brackets are fixed at the intersections of the back stay structure with the center frame members to insure appropriate strength in both the mounting and remaining in the frame.

    摘要: There is provided a voltage monitoring apparatus for monitoring an output voltage of an assembled battery. The voltage monitoring apparatus comprises: voltage monitoring sections, each section monitoring a voltage of each block of the plurality of blocks into which the plurality of unit cells are divided, wherein the voltage monitoring sections are connected one another through communication lines; and a control unit which is connected to the voltage monitoring section through the communication lines. The voltage monitoring section compares the respective detected voltages of the unit cells with the threshold voltage to determine a result of the comparison, and transmits the comparison result to the control unit. In a case where the threshold voltage is changed, the control unit transmits a registration signal indicating the changed threshold voltage, and when received the registration signal, the voltage monitoring section changes the stored threshold voltage to the changed threshold voltage.
