Abstract: The cost of hardware and the cost of calculation are reduced in the case where a plurality of assembled batteries are used. The amount of change in the voltage of each battery constituting an assembled battery is sequentially measured with a voltage monitor and abnormality is detected from the correlation between the amounts of changes in the voltages of batteries at the same period. Furthermore, abnormality is detected on the basis of the amounts of changes up to the previous step. Inference is made by a reference parameter acquisition system using an IIR filter or an FIR filter.

Abstract: A novel display is provided. A display having a small change in chromaticity of a micro light-emitting diode in proportion to current density is provided. A display capable of reducing power consumption in the driver circuit when displaying a still image is provided. The display includes a plurality of pixels each including a display element and a microcontroller. The microcontroller includes a first transistor, a triangular wave generator circuit, a comparator, a switch, and a constant current circuit. The first transistor has a function of retaining a potential corresponding to data written to the pixel by being switched off. The triangular wave generator circuit has a function of generating a triangular wave signal. The comparator has a function of generating an output signal corresponding to the potential and the triangular wave signal. The switch has a function of controlling whether or not to make a current flowing in the constant current circuit flow to the display element in accordance with the output signal.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device including a pixel containing a first memory circuit, a second memory circuit, and a liquid crystal element is provided. The first memory circuit includes a first capacitor. One electrode of the first capacitor is electrically connected to one electrode of the liquid crystal element. The second memory circuit includes a second capacitor. One electrode of the second capacitor is electrically connected to the one electrode of the liquid crystal element. The first memory circuit has a function of storing a charge corresponding to a first signal. The second memory circuit has a function of storing a charge corresponding to a second signal. A voltage is applied to the liquid crystal element by supplying a third signal to the other electrode of the first capacitor and supplying a fourth signal to the other electrode of the second capacitor, whereby an image is displayed.

Abstract: To provide a display device having a small circuit area and low power consumption. The display device includes a semiconductor device and a D/A converter circuit, and the semiconductor device includes first to third transistors and first and second capacitors. A first terminal of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first terminal of the first capacitor. A first terminal of the second transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the third transistor, a second terminal of the first capacitor, and a first terminal of the second capacitor. A first terminal of the third transistor is electrically connected to a second terminal of the second capacitor. An output terminal of the D/A converter circuit is electrically connected to a second terminal of the first transistor and a second terminal of the second transistor. Supply of a potential to the first terminal of the first capacitor changes(finely adjusts) the potential of the gate of the third transistor to be more precise than a potential that can be output from the D/A converter circuit.

A convolutional neural network using the fourth image data as an input is implemented, fifth image data is output from the convolutional neural network, and a plurality of the fifth image data is combined to generate high-resolution image data. The image receiving apparatus is operated by the image processing method.
