A method, system, and medium for indexing an image object. The system of indexing an image object, the system includes: an image input unit receiving an image from a camera of a portable device, and displaying the received image on a display unit; a geographical object identification unit identifying a geographical object included in an object location corresponding to the image; a context information extraction unit extracting context information corresponding to the identified geographical object from a context database; and a display control unit displaying the context information on a position of the image, the position corresponding to the geographical object, and the image being displayed on the display unit.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Hangeul input keypad and a method using the same. Basic consonants and basic vowels are assigned to the Hangeul input keypad, the number of the basic consonant-assigned keys is less than that of the basic vowel-assigned keys, the consonant keys and the vowel keys are disposed separately, and a shift key converting the basic consonants to extended consonants is disposed adjacent to the consonant keys to which the basic consonants convertible to the extended consonants are assigned. The Hangeul input keypad and method according to the present invention improves speed of Hangeul input, provides convenience in operation of consonant keys and a shift key, and ease of a user's learning of the Hangeul input method by optimizing the disposition of the consonants and vowels.

An electrophoretic display and a method of manufacturing the electrophoretic display are provided. The electrophoretic display includes an lower electrode formed on an under layer, an lower electrode protection layer formed on the lower electrode, an insulating template formed on the lower electrode protection layer and having a plurality of holes of smaller size than the wavelength of visible rays region, a dielectric fluid filling the holes and having a color, a plurality of charged particles suspended in the dielectric fluid filling each of the plurality of holes having a color different from the color of the dielectric fluid, and an upper electrode formed on the insulating template in sequential order. Accordingly, a problem of agglomeration of the charged particles can be solved by the insulating template having holes of smaller size than the wavelength of visible rays region, and thus a reliable electrophoretic display emitting light of one color or natural colors is achieved.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a thin film transistor (TFT) including a transparent ZnO thin layer that is formed at a low temperature by causing a surface chemical reaction between precursors containing elements constituting the ZnO thin layer. The method includes the steps of: depositing a gate metal layer on a substrate and forming a gate electrode using photolithography and selective etching processes; depositing a gate insulator on the substrate having the gate electrode; forming source and drain electrodes; and depositing a ZnO thin layer on the gate insulator using a surface chemical reaction between precursors containing elements constituting the ZnO thin layer.

A method for reducing the number of transitions generated by an LFSR is introduced. The transition monitoring window monitors the number of transitions occurring as random patterns generated from an LFSR are applied to a scan chain, and, if the number of transitions exceeds a threshold value (“k-value”), all further transitions are suppressed. The transition monitoring window monitors the patterns entering the LFSR, incrementing a counter if a transition is detected. If a transition is detected just before the exit of a lowest stage of the LFSR the counter is decremented. The signal from the counter is compared with the k-value at every clock tick, and if the count is greater than the k-value, the vector most recently applied to the scan chain is re-applied to the scan chain; if it is less than the k-value, the output from the LFSR is applied to the scan chain.

Provided are a magnetic sheet for use in a radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna, an RFID antenna including the magnetic sheet, and a method of manufacturing the magnetic sheet, in which the magnetic sheet includes an amorphous alloy selected from the group consisting of Fe—Si—B, Fe—Si—B—Cu—Nb, Fe—Zr—B and Co—Fe—Si—B. The magnetic sheet is made by laminating amorphous alloy ribbons made of an amorphous alloy between magnetic sheet layers formed of alloy powder including at least one amorphous alloy and then compression-molding the amorphous alloy ribbons, to thereby control microcrack of the amorphous alloy ribbons and enhance characteristic of an end-product. The magnetic sheet is also thin, and has an excellent magnetic permeability, and a simple manufacturing process.

A method for fabricating a MOS transistor is suitable for modifying the configuration of a gate electrode. The method includes coating a first oxide layer on a semiconductor substrate and removing a predetermined width of the first oxide layer; forming an LDD region in the substrate; forming a gate spacer on the substrate; forming a channel in the LDD region, forming a gate oxide layer; forming a polysilicon gate electrode; and forming source/drain diffusion regions. Accordingly, a line width of the gate electrode can be reduced without employing lithography of high precision, and an area reserved for salicide can be maximally secured on the gate and source/drain regions.
