A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a plurality of integrated circuit chips and a large-sized integrated circuit element on which the plurality of integrated circuit chips are mounted. The large-sized integrated circuit element includes a logic circuit for electrically interconnecting the integrated circuit chips mounted on it. The logic circuit provided within the large-sized integrated circuit element includes a control circuit for controlling a connection relation between the integrated circuit chips mounted on the large-sized integrated circuit element. Further, the logic circuit includes buffer or latch circuits for relaying signals transmitted between the integrated circuit chips.
Abstract:
(1) A composition which comprises erythropoietin and hyaluronic acid shows a sustained-release of the medicine in a living body, and(2) A water-soluble composition which comprises (a) a pharmacologically active polypeptide secreted by an animal body or its derivative or a chemically synthesized pharmacologically active substance, (b) a water-soluble species of hyaluronic acid or its nontoxic salt and (c) a water-soluble protein injectable into body fluids without showing any substantial pharmacological activity brings about a prolonged action in vivo of a pharmacologically active substance. In addition, the composition can be administered using a small-gauge needle and thereby contributes ot relieving pain in patients.

The invention provides a core-shell polymer which comprises (a) a core phase having carboxyl groups on surface part of the core and (b) a shell phase which is a glassy polymer containing neither functional groups reactive to the the carboxyl group nor functional groups reactive to the amino group, wherein the toluene-soluble fraction is not higher than 10% by weight based on the whole core-shell polymer; polyamide resin compositions comprising said core-shell polymer; and molded articles produced by molding said compositions.Impact strength of the resin composition or its molded articles was improved by using the core-shell polymer.

The logic gates are usually logically arranged in a first hierarchical structure in terms of a cluster of logical functions certain logic function elements are selected as to-be-processed function elements on the basis of the number of hardware components and a maximum allowable number of gates each hardware component can accommodate. Selected to-be-processed function elements in the first hierarchical structure are classified into at least two element groups based on connection strengths among the to-be-processed function elements and a maximum allowable number of pins and gates each hardware component can carry and accommodate, respectively. Using the classification result, the selected to-be-processed function elements in the first hierarchical structure are rearranged into a second hierarchical structure in terms of a cluster of logical functions in which all of the to-be-processed function elements are partitioned into the plurality of group elements so that each of the group elements corresponds to those of the logic function elements which are physically assignable to a different one of the hardware components.

This invention relates to a core-shell polymer which is useful for polyoxymethylene resin, a polyoxymethylene resin composition containing the core-shell polymer and a molded article made of the polyoxymethylene resin composition.The core-shell polymer comprises a rubbery polymer core and a glassy polymer shell and has substantially no detectable anion.This core-shell polymer makes the molded articles be improved on the impact strength, elongation at the weld line, etc. The molded articles is used as various products (such as gears, reels, etc.).

Photographic silver halide photosensitive material is continuously processed through an automatic processor by passing the photosensitive material through a developing tank filled with a developer and then through a fixing tank filled with a fixer while supplying developer and fixer replenishers to the developing and fixing tanks in amounts corresponding to the processing quantity. The replenisher amount can be reduced by adding a chelating agent to the developer and its replenisher. Kits containing developer and fixer replenisher concentrates become empty at the same timing if the ratio of the volumes of developer and fixer replenishers prepared from their kits by diluting developer and fixer concentrates in the kits with water is substantially equal to the ratio of the amounts of developer and fixer replenishers supplied to the tanks.

Apparatus for controlling a reciprocating movement of a reciprocating member over a predetermined operating stroke by forward and reverse rotations of a drive motor. The apparatus includes an encoder for generating pulses each corresponding to an incremental distance of movement of the reciprocating member, and an operator's control panel having a plurality of operator's control switches for entering data and commands for controlling the drive motor, and a data display normally placed in a display mode for displaying information, a motor controller for controlling the drive motor according to the entered data and the encoder pulses. A detector is provided for detecting a specific command generated by the control switch or switches. The display is controlled by a display controller such that upon detection of the specific command by the detector, the display is placed in an inspection mode for providing an indication as to whether the encoder pulses are present or not.
