Abstract:
A method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a terminal of a mobile communication system, according to one embodiment of the present specification, comprises the steps of: receiving information of another terminal from the other terminal; transmitting, to a base station, a message requesting allocation of an identifier for the other terminal on the basis of the received information of the other terminal; and receiving, from the base station, the message including the identifier allocated for the other terminal. The provided present invention, according to one embodiment of the present specification, allows only the arbitrary receiver to access the base station and receive data therefrom when a plurality of densely located receivers are neighboring each other. At this point, the other receivers can selectively receive a data stream transmitted to each terminal from data channels received by the arbitrary receiver that accesses the base station. To this end, only the arbitrary terminal accessing at least the base station is enabled to allow feedback of the channel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for a terminal requesting scheduling to transmit uplink data in a mobile communication system. More specifically, the present invention, in a system that aggregates carriers between different base stations, defines a process and a method for scheduling requests so that a terminal can transmit “scheduling request” control information to each base station, thereby enabling effective transmission of dynamic scheduling and uplink data.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for communication between a terminal and a base station in a wireless communication system. The communication method by a base station according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: transferring, to a terminal connected to the base station and at least one surrounding second base station, information on connection between the second base station and the terminal; transmitting a command for searching the second base station to the terminal; and transmitting a command for transferring a base station connection signal to the terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, by a method which enables a terminal to additionally access another base station in a state wherein the terminal is already connected to the base station, the terminal can rapidly search for multiple base stations. Further, the embodiment of the present invention can support access of the terminal to multiple base stations. In addition, on the basis of the method, the terminal can transmit and receive data from multiple base stations.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method of measuring a reference signal for efficient downlink transmission in a mobile communication system are provided. The system includes plural base stations, each having a plurality of antennas distributed in the service area thereof based on a Distributed Antenna System (DAS). A method for a base station to notify a terminal of reference signal measurement information in a mobile communication system comprises determining whether the terminal is in a Rank Indicator/Precoding Matrix Indicator (RI/PMI) disabled mode, selecting, when the terminal is in the RI/PMI disabled mode, the reference signal to be measured by the terminal between a Cell-specific Reference Signal (CRS) and a Channel Status Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS), notifying the terminal of the reference signal measurement information with the selection result, and receiving channel information generated based on the reference signal measurement information from the terminal.
Abstract:
A random access method and an apparatus of a terminal for performing random access procedure to multiple base stations in parallel in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system supporting dual connectivity are provided. The method includes determining whether a first preamble transmission to a first cell of a first base station is overlapped with a second preamble transmission to a second cell of a second base station in a time domain, determining, when the first preamble transmission is overlapped with the second preamble transmission in the time domain, whether a sum of transmit powers calculated for the first and second preamble transmissions is greater than a maximum allowed transmit power of the terminal, and controlling, when the sum of the first and second preamble transmit powers is greater than the maximum allowed transmit power, the transmit power calculated for the second preamble transmission.
Abstract:
A communication method and apparatus of a terminal in a mobile communication system are provided. The method includes generating uplink control information for at least one activated cell; configuring, if the activated cell belongs to a Master Cell Group (MCG) under a control of a Master evolved Node B (MeNB), an uplink control channel based on the uplink control information of the activated cell belonging to the MCG; and transmitting the uplink control channel to a Primary Cell (PCell).
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting control information to a User Equipment (UE) by an evolved Node B (eNB) for interference measurement in a wireless communication system are provided. The eNB determines whether the UE can perform interference management for receiving a data signal transmitted from the eNB based on information of an interference signal. When it is determined that the UE can perform the interference management, the eNB transmits to the UE configuration information for receiving the data signal by applying the interference management by the UE, and then transmits to the UE downlink control information including transmission power control information indicating whether a transmission power of a DeModulation Reference Signal (DMRS) corresponding to the interference signal is different from a transmission power of the interference signal.
Abstract:
A discovery signal transmission/reception method and an apparatus for improving energy efficiency of the system are provided. The discovery signal transmission method of a base station in a mobile communication system according to the present disclosure includes acquiring a discovery signal configuration of a neighbor cell, transmitting the discovery signal configuration to a terminal, receiving a measurement report including a result of measurement on a discovery signal of the neighbor from the terminal, the measurement being performed based on the discovery signal configuration, and determining whether to make a handover decision for the terminal based on the measurement report. The discovery signal transmission/reception method of the present disclosure is advantageous in improving energy efficiency of a mobile communication system.

A control channel transmission method and an apparatus for facilitating control channel transmission in an intra-cell carrier aggregation system by applying Frequency Division Duplexing (FDD) cell's uplink control channel transmission timing for transmitting the uplink control channel corresponding to the TDD cells' downlink data are provided. The control channel transmission method and apparatus of the present disclosure are capable of transmitting/receiving data of the cells operating in the different duplexing modes simultaneously, resulting in improvement of peak data rate.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a physical channel in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) communication system capable of carrier aggregation is provided for supporting aggregation of carriers having different TDD configurations. The communication method of a terminal in a TDD radio communication system accomplishing broadband through carrier aggregation of primary and secondary cells, of which aggregated carriers have different TDD Uplink-Downlink (UL-DL) configurations, includes receiving Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) through the secondary cell, and transmitting acknowledgement information corresponding to the PDSCH to a base station, where acknowledgement information is transmitted on a Physical Uplink Control CHannel (PUCCH) of the primary cell.
