摘要: A sewing machine includes a sewing device, an imaging device, a determination device, a sewing condition storage device, a reading device, and a control device. The sewing device includes a needle bar and a sewing machine motor. The imaging device captures an image of a work cloth on which a marker is disposed to identify information corresponding to actual sewing conditions. The determination device determines an appearance feature of the work cloth based on the image obtained by the imaging device. The sewing condition storage device stores the appearance feature and sewing condition information corresponding to the sewing conditions that are correlated with each other. The reading device reads the sewing condition information corresponding to the appearance feature from the sewing condition storage device. The control device identifies the actual sewing conditions based on the sewing condition information read out by the reading device, and controls the sewing device.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide recording area separated magnetic recording media (DTMs, BPMs) allowing magnetic heads to fly lower. According to one embodiment, the recording area separated magnetic recording media are configured so that magnetic recording layers have parts with the relatively higher element ratio of a ferromagnetic material, and parts with the lower element ratio of the ferromagnetic material, occurring periodically in the in-plane direction, and the average height from the substrate surface of the parts with the relatively higher element ratio of a ferromagnetic material is higher than the average height from the substrate surface of the parts with the lower element ratio of the ferromagnetic material. In producing recording area separated magnetic recording media with the element ratio of a ferromagnetic material relatively lowered by ion implantation, preliminarily etching the part to be ion implanted makes the height after ion implantation relatively lower than the non-implanted part.

摘要: A design part composing a lamp unit includes a plate part positioned at a cabin side and covering an attaching hole of a roof trim, and a pair of vertically extending parts. The vertically extending part includes a frame part vertically extending from the plate part in a direction perpendicular to the plate part, and a movable piece continued to a connecting part of the frame part at a far side from the plate part. When a function part is pushed into between the pair of movable pieces, the gap between the movable pieces is increased, and a locking margin between the movable piece and an outer edge of an attaching hole is increased. Thus, holding force to hold the roof trim is secured.

摘要: A longitudinal magnetic recording medium having a high medium S/N, with no problems in view of the overwrite characteristic, excellent in the bit error rate and sufficiently stable also to thermal fluctuations is provided. In one embodiment, a first underlayer, second underlayer, and a third underlayer are formed on a substrate and, further, a first magnetic layer, a spacer layer including Ru as a main ingredient, a second magnetic layer, and a third magnetic layer are formed in adjacent with each other in this order. The thickness of the second magnetic layer is made larger than the thickness of the third magnetic layer and the total for the concentrations of cobalt and platinum obtained in the second magnetic layer is not more than the total for the concentrations of cobalt and platinum contained in the third magnetic layer.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a connecting structure of circuit boards in which whether or not the circuit boards have been favorably connected can be more easily judged as compared with the prior art, even in case where connecting portions have been connected with pressure by arranging the connecting portions face to face, a connecting method of the circuit boards, and a compressing tool for connecting the circuit boards. A connecting structure 10 of circuit boards includes a first circuit board 11 and a second circuit board 12. A first connecting portion 17 of the first circuit board and a second connecting portion 21 of the second circuit board are arranged face to face interposing an adhesive 13, and clamped by a compressing tool 25 so that circuit patterns 16, 19 may be brought into contact with each other, whereby the first connecting portion 17 and the second connecting portion 21 will be connected with heat and pressure. In this connecting structure 10 of the circuit boards, a pair of unbonded parts 35 are formed in a compressing region 34 of a soft substrate 18 with which an upper compressing tool 26 is adapted to be contacted.

摘要: A storing unit stores first correction information for correcting a distortion synchronized with a rotation frequency of servo information of a first disk. A control unit controls positioning of a head on a target track by correcting the servo information of the first disk with the first correction information. Measurement information used for measuring the first correction information is calculated based on second correction information for the servo information in other disk apparatus including a second disk on which the servo information is formed using a common master medium with the first disk.

摘要: A RFID tag is partially separable from an article to which the tag is applied such that influence on the RFID tag from the article may be reduced thereby. A label is applied to an article, wherein the label is tacked on a backing paper. The label is fixed with a tag-fixed portion fixed with a RFID tag comprising an IC chip and a communication antenna. The tag-fixed portion has a predetermined size and is partitioned from a common label portion. The common label portion is partitioned into a first label portion that is articulated with the tag-fixed portion and a second label portion, from which the tag-fixed portion is separable along a partition line extending across the common label portion from a side of the tag-fixed portion. The method comprises associating the first label portion of the common label portion with a first surface of the article such that the partition line of the label follows a corner line of a corner portion of the article, and applying the label to the article such that the tag-fixed portion articulated with the first label portion is raised from the article.

摘要: A tubular body comprising: a main body layer formed by winding a fiber-reinforced prepreg including reinforcing fibers impregnated with a synthetic resin; and a reinforcing layer wounded around the main body. The reinforcing layer includes: an axial fiber layer including reinforcing fibers aligned in an axial direction of the tubular body; a skew fiber layer formed by aligning a first skew fiber layer formed of reinforcing fibers aligned in a skew direction and a second skew fiber layer formed of reinforcing fibers aligned in a different skew direction; a circumferential fiber layer formed by aligning reinforcing fibers in a circumferential direction of the tubular body. The axial fiber layer, the skew fiber layer and the circumferential fiber are braided with a braiding yarn softer than the reinforcing fibers to form braided prepreg as the reinforcing layer.
