Abstract: Communications services are provided to a device. For instance, where a communications resource is being used by a device via a first communications service provider (CSP) component associated with a first CSP, based on a probabilistic analysis of loading parameters received from a device at the first CSP component. A likelihood that the device will move can be predicted, comprising determining the likelihood is not less than a threshold likelihood. If likely to move, and based on the loading parameters, a loading profile associated with a user of the device is updated resulting in updated likelihoods of usages of the communication resource by the device via respective other CSP components other than the first CSP component. Further, based on the updated likelihoods of usages of the communication resource, at least part of the communications resource can be allocated to the respective other CSP components to facilitate communications with the device.

Abstract: A processing system including at least one processor may capture at least one image via at least one imaging sensor of an uncrewed aerial vehicle in a shared environment, detect a window within the at least one image, determine a location of the window in the shared environment, based upon a position of the uncrewed aerial vehicle and a distance between the uncrewed aerial vehicle and at least a portion of the window that is calculated from the at least one image, and record the location of the window in a map of the shared environment as a prohibited imaging zone.

Abstract: A system of cameras can be used to generate a complete field of view within an edge network. For example, one camera can have a field of view where part of the view is obstructed by an object and/or by the camera's orientation. Yet another camera that is a part of the edge network can supplement the view of the first camera by providing an alternate view. The two views can be stitched together by a coordinate system such that a complete field of view can be utilized by both cameras. Additionally, where a field of view is not available by any stationary camera, the system can dispatch a mobile camera to help supplement the views.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a solution to facilitate collaborative vehicle warnings via an edge node. An edge network can provide resources to the vehicles such that the vehicles can operate in a harmonic and safe manner. For example, a non-compliance of a vehicle captured by a video camera of another vehicle can be sent to the edge node for analysis. If other data related to non-compliances of the vehicle are received by the edge node, the edge node can label the vehicle as an unsafe vehicle. In response to the labeling the vehicle as an unsafe vehicle, the edge node can share this information with the vehicles that sent the video feed info and/or other vehicles that are nearby.

Aspects further include selecting a group of matching advertisements having advertisement profiles that match the preference profile for the individual and determining a relative prominence score for each advertisement placement opportunity. Aspects further include ordering the matching advertisements according to prominence information specified for each matching advertisement, wherein the prominence information corresponds to a relative desired prominence specified by an advertiser associated with the matching advertisement. Aspects further include providing the ordered matching advertisements to the user device according to the respective prominence information so that a matching advertisement having a greatest desired prominence is displayed in the video content item at an advertisement placement opportunity having a highest relative prominence score.
