Abstract: An intelligent production line for turning tool bit cavities and an application method are provided, which solve the problem that a production line in the prior art has low working efficiency. The intelligent production line has the beneficial effects of a compact arrangement structure, higher safety and improved working efficiency. The intelligent production line for turning tool bit cavities includes a robot. Material tables and at least one machining center are arranged around the robot. A transfer station used for transferring materials is arranged between the machining center and the robot. A protective fence is arranged between a position above the material tables and the robot, and between the transfer station and the robot. The robot is provided with a mechanical arm including a base plate. The base plate is provided with at least one clamping jaw and fixed with a laser detecting unit for detecting the materials.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a carbide blade cutter head filling device and method, and relates to the field of alloy blade processing. The carbide blade cutter head filling device includes a feeding unit, a storage unit, a loading unit and a discharging unit which are arranged successively. The output end of the feeding unit is matched with the input end of the storage unit through the guide mechanism. The output end of the storage unit faces a conveying tray of the loading unit. The conveying tray is provided with a plurality of group of transition holes for accommodating blades. A receiving mechanism for accommodating a cutter head is arranged below the falling pull plate of the discharging unit. The falling pull plate adjusts the communication and isolation between the transition hole and the cutter head in the receiving mechanism by changing the relative position of the falling pull plate and the transition hole. A function of automatically feeding and loading the cutter head is fulfilled, the scattered blades are loaded into the cutter heads in batches instead of manually completing repeated work in a process of loading the blade into the cutter head. Therefore, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the blade production cost is reduced.

Abstract: A performance-level seismic motion hazard analysis method includes: (1) extracting seismic motion data and denoising the data; (2) extracting feature parameters from the data, and carrying out initialization; (3) generating a training set, an interval set and a test set; (4) training a multi-layer neural network based on the training set; (5) training output values of the neural network based on the interval set, and calculating a mean and a standard deviation of relative errors of the output values; (6) training the neural network based on the test set to determine output values, and calculating a magnitude interval based on an interval confidence; (7) carrying out probabilistic seismic hazard analysis to determine an annual exceeding probability and a return period of a performance-level seismic motion; and (8) determining a magnitude and an epicentral distance that reach the performance-level seismic motion based on the performance-level seismic motion and consistent probability.

Abstract: A method for measuring corrosion-expansion force during cracking of concrete due to corrosion and expansion of reinforcing steel; wherein, deformation on a surface of reinforced concrete is photographed based on a digital image correlation (DIC) method, a full-field displacement and a full-field strain on a surface of the concrete are analyzed and calculated, a relationship between corrosion-expansion force and the strain on the surface of the concrete is found through an established theoretical model, and corrosion-expansion force of reinforcing steel and a change rule of the corrosion-expansion force are calculated. Therefore, the method is simple and includes with safe and reliable operations, scientific principles, and low costs, so that a change in corrosion-expansion force during corrosion and expansion of reinforced concrete can be monitored in real time.

Abstract: A superhydrophobic coating is provided and contains organosilane, an inorganic nanomaterial, and an emulsifying agent. A mass proportion of the components is controlled, so that the superhydrophobic coating can form a micro-nano mixed microstructure inside foam concrete. The organosilane first forms dense hydrophobic surface layers on the surface and in inner pores of the foam concrete, and the nanomaterial forms uniformly distributed nano-bulges on the hydrophobic surface layers formed by the silane. The superhydrophobic performance of the foam concrete can be effectively improved by combining the two microstructures. The foam concrete exhibits excellent superhydrophobic performance.

Uses two-photon polymerization micro-nano 3D printing to realize manufacturing of slanted grating large-area masters of any shape (thereby solving the problem about manufacturing of slanted grating masters of any shape on the one hand, realizing direct manufacturing of large-size wafer-level masters on the other hand, and also having the advantages of low manufacturing cost and high production efficiency). Composite nanoimprint lithography technology is employed (in combination with the peculiar imprint technique and the composite soft mold suitable for slanted gratings) to solve the problem that a large-slanting-angle large-slot-depth slanted grating cannot be demolded and thus cannot be manufactured, and realize the manufacturing of the slanted grating without constraints (geometric shape and size).

Abstract: The present invention discloses a device and method for installing and adjusting a sliding block of a multipoint crank press. The device comprises a crank, a connecting rod with an end provided with a U-shaped notch, a sliding block and an eccentric pin shaft micro-adjustment mechanism. The eccentric pin shaft micro-adjustment mechanism is installed at the joint between the connecting rod and the sliding block. The crank, the connecting rod and the sliding block of the multipoint press are normally machined and installed through a classical process, so that the sliding block of the multipoint press runs to a bottom dead center. A gap among mechanisms is eliminated through the loading by a hydraulic loader. The position of one set of crank, connecting rod and sliding block mechanism is taken as a reference, and then the eccentric positions and directions of the eccentric pin shafts at other adjustment positions are finely adjusted, thus realizing high-precision assembly and operation of the multipoint press.
