    摘要: The present invention relates to an isostatic press for high pressure treatment of a product having a temperature below 0° C., said isostatic press comprising a pressure chamber adapted to contain a first pressure medium, and a container which is placeable in the pressure chamber. The container which is placeable in the isostatic press is adapted to hold the product and a second pressure medium, the container being closable to keep the first pressure medium separated from fluid communication with the second pressure medium. The container is further provided with a pressure transfer device adapted to transfer pressure from the first pressure medium to the second pressure medium, and a body which is made of a material with low adiabatic heat emission relative to adjoining substances, so that the body from adjoining substances absorbs heat, which is generated by adiabatic temperature rise during the high pressure treatment. The invention also relates to a method, a container, and a plant for high pressure treatment of a product having a temperature below 0° C. by means of an isostatic press.

    摘要: The invention relates to a forming tool for forming sheet blanks in a diaphragm press of the kind comprising an openable, closed pressure chamber, which is divided in a gas and liquid tight manner by means of a flexible diaphragm. The forming tool is arranged on one side of the diaphragm and a sheet blank to be formed is arranged between the forming tool and the diaphragm. The opposite side of the diaphragm is pressurized by a fluid being supplied at high pressure to cause the flexible diaphragm to deform and, thus, the sheet blank to be pressed against the forming tool. The forming tool comprises an elongate cutting and flanging tool along at least part of its periphery and/or around an intended opening in the sheet blank.

In particular, the present invention relates to a pressing arrangement for treatment of articles by hot pressing, and preferably hot isostatic pressing, capable of providing a controlled, rapid cooling rate. The pressing arrangement comprises a pressure vessel including a furnace chamber comprising a heat insulated casing and a furnace adapted to hold the articles. At least one cooling circuit is arranged on an outside of the pressure vessel, the cooling circuit comprising a coolant and being arranged to enable the coolant to flow along a central portion of an outer wall of the pressure vessel. The pressure vessel is arranged with a non-uniform wall thickness, where the vessel wall is thickest at upper and lower end portions of the pressure vessel.

The pressing arrangement for treatment of articles by hot pressing comprises a pressure vessel including: a furnace chamber comprising a heat insulated casing and a furnace adapted to hold the articles. A heat exchanger unit is arranged below said furnace chamber and adapted to exchange thermal energy with pressure medium when the pressure medium is passing through said heat exchanger unit. According to the present invention, at least one first and second inlet or aperture, respectively, for passage of alternating warm and cold pressure medium are arranged in the heat insulated casing in proximity to the heat exchanger unit (i.e. at approximately same the height as, above or below the heat exchanger unit). The at least one second inlet (or lower inlet) is below the at least one first inlet (or upper inlet) but at same height as or below the heat exchanger unit.

Further, a first locking element is provided on an end closure and a second locking element is provided on an outward end surface of the load basket, so as to mate with the first element to prevent rotation of the load basket.
