摘要: An oxygen bleaching method of pulp includes the steps of: adding a solution formulated by a magnesium salt and an activator to an unbleached chemical pulp, stirring to be mixed well, and bleaching by introducing oxygen. The activators are nano zero-valent metals that are conventional, low-cost, and recyclable. These activators can activate low-concentration oxygen at low-temperature in neutral aqueous solution to efficiently generate peroxide anion radicals, so as to promote the generation of hydroperoxide anions and peroxide ions, achieving high efficient delignification. The whole process does not generate waste water, the oxygen consumption is only 50-85% of the original process, the yield is increased by 1.5-2.8% compared with the original system, the pulp brightness is increased to 28-32° SR, and the magnesium salt can be recycled and reused.

The optimization method includes: determining a cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, a maximum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, and a minimum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity according to basic material parameters and a design value of a bending moment; determining whether the cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, the maximum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, and the minimum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity meet a first preset condition; if yes, determining a maximum steel bar area according to the basic material parameters; determining a maximum ductility of a steel bar beam; determining whether the maximum ductility and the target ductility meet a second preset condition; if yes, determining a minimum steel bar area and a maximum FRP bar area according to the maximum steel bar area; and determining an actual steel bar area and an actual FRP bar area.

摘要: In a device and method for determining a contact between a tool and a workpiece, which are displaceable relative to each other, the tool or workpiece being rotationally fixedly connected to a shaft, the device includes a measuring arrangement including a measuring scale rotationally fixedly disposed on the shaft and at least one position encoder disposed in a stationary manner relative to the shaft, and a processing device. The position encoder is adapted to scan the measuring scale and to generate position values indicating a position of the shaft. The position values are fed to the processing device, which determines contact between the tool and the workpiece by evaluating a progression of the position values and signals the result of the evaluation by the status of a displacement signal.

摘要: Disclosed is a hearing aid in which a receiver is provided in a form implanted into the mastoid antrum. In the hearing aid, an output device is used while being disposed at a position separated from an input device, so that the hearing aid is less affected by feedback and does not have sound feedback even at a high output, and thus the hearing aid is applicable to people having moderate to severe hearing loss. Further, an implantation operation method for locating the output device in the mastoid antrum is simple and it is possible to obtain constant hearing aid performance regardless of the level of the implantation technology of the output device. Still further, a receiver using air as an output medium is implanted into the mastoid antrum, so that the implantable hearing aid has small resistance to the output medium and has high output efficiency.
