Accordingly, the size of the antenna is reduced, and more area is provided for arranging components of a terminal.

The disclosed antenna includes a dielectric feature; a ground plane included in a first layer of the dielectric feature; a first radiator, which is electromagnetically joined with a first feed point, configured to radiate a first RF signal, and joined with the ground plane; a second radiator, which is electromagnetically joined with a second feed point, configured to radiate a second RF signal, and joined with the ground plane; and a connector line, which is joined with a particular point of the first radiator and with a particular point of the second radiator to connect the first radiator with the second radiator. The disclosed antenna can improve isolation properties between multiple antennas and can ensure adequate isolation properties even when the distances between multiple antennas are set to be relatively small.

    摘要: Disclosed is an antenna capable of micro-tuning and macro-tuning for a wireless terminal, comprising: a radiator radiating electromagnetic waves; a ground connected to the radiator; at least one switching element positioned at a lengthwise region of the radiator, for shorting or opening the region of the radiator; and a voltage controlling element positioned at the radiator between the switching element and the ground, for controlling the extent of a voltage potential applied across the radiator. In accordance with the present invention, the antenna is capable of the macro-tuning between the service bands and micro-tuning for channel control within the service bands. Furthermore, the size of the antenna is significantly reduced and the antenna is installed on a circuit board in a patch type, thereby simplifying a work process.

The method includes forming a plurality of holes penetrating a first substrate, filling each of the plurality of holes with a conductive material to form a plurality of vertical conducting parts, forming a plurality of horizontal conducting parts on each of two different surfaces of the first substrate, wherein the each of the horizontal conducting parts is electrically connected to the corresponding vertical conducting parts, bonding the first substrate, on which the vertical conducting parts and the horizontal conducting parts have been formed, to a second substrate, and removing the first substrate to expose a whole structure of a 3D micro antenna which is formed on the second substrate and includes the vertical conducting parts and the horizontal conducting parts connected to each other.
