    摘要: A sol-gel process for producing layers of zirconium oxide is described which comprises the following stages: (i) production of a soluble, zirconium-containing powder by: (a) reaction of a zirconium alcoholate of the general formula Zr (OR)4, in which the residues R are the same or different and represent straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl residues with 1 to 10 carbon atoms, which optionally exhibit one or more carbonyl and/or ester and/or carboxyl functions, with one or more polar compounds having complexing, chelating properties, (b) heating the solution, (c) mixing the solution with water, optionally in the presence of a catalyst, (d) concentrating the solution until a powder is obtained, (ii) dissolving the powder forming a sol, (iii) coating a substrate with the sol, and (iv) annealing the coated substrate.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an electromechanical converter, a method of manufacturing same, as well as to a composite system including the electromechanical converter. The inventive electromechanical converter consists of at least one elongate fiber (1) made of a piezoelectric material. At least two electrodes (2) are provided at mutually spaced locations on the fiber (1) for subjecting the fiber to an electrical field. The electrodes (2) are in direct contact with the fiber (1) and enclose the fiber (1) partly or completely. The direct contact between the electrode and the fiber permits the optimum introduction of the electrical field into the fiber such that lower electrical potentials on the electrodes are sufficient for polarising the fiber. Another advantage resides in the aspect that the electrode is in direct contact with the fiber not only at one point but over part of the periphery of the fiber. This results in a further enhancement of the introduction of the electrical field.

    摘要: The present invention pertains to a process for producing unmeltable polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymers which are soluble in inert solvents, comprising the steps providing the product of a disproportionation of a methylchlorodisilane or a mixture of several methylchlorodisilanes of the composition Si2MenCl6-n, wherein n=1-4, wherein the disproportionation was carried out with a Lewis base as a catalyst, wherein this product is a chlorine-containing, crude polysilane/oligosilane containing hydrocarbon groups, and thermally postcrosslinking the crude polysilane/oligosilane to a polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer, characterized in that the chlorine content of the polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer is lowered by reacting the crude polysilane/oligosilane with a substitution agent, by which chlorine bound therein is replaced with a chlorine-free substituent. Green fibers and low-oxygen/oxygen-free ceramic fibers with a very low chlorine content can be produced using this process.
