摘要: A dielectric composition includes one of BaTiO3, (Ba,Ca)(Ti,Ca)O3, (Ba,Ca)(Ti,Zr)O3, Ba(Ti,Zr)O3 and (Ba,Ca)(Ti,Sn)O3, as a main component, a first subcomponent including a rare earth element, and a second subcomponent including at least one of a variable valence acceptor element and a fixed valence acceptor element. When a sum of contents of the rare earth element is defined as DT and a sum of contents of the variable valence acceptor element and the fixed valence acceptor element is defined as AT, (DT/AT)/(Ba+Ca) satisfies more than 0.5 and less than 6.0. In addition, a multilayer electronic component including the dielectric composition is provided.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a nanoporous ceramic for an atomization core, and a preparation method thereof. The nanoporous ceramic includes: nano-silica 1 to 60 parts, a ceramic powder 10 to 80 parts, a pore-forming agent 1 to 50 parts, and a sintering additive 1 to 40 parts. The preparation method includes: (1) weighing raw materials, and mixing and ball-milling the raw materials in a ball mill; (2) bake-drying the ball-milled raw materials to obtain a dried mixed powder; (3) adding the dried mixed powder to molten paraffin under stirring, and continuously stirring a resulting mixture to obtain a paraffin slurry; (4) injecting the paraffin slurry into a mold, cooling the mold for forming, and performing demolding to obtain a paraffin mold; (5) preheating the paraffin mold for paraffin removal to obtain a paraffin-removed sample; and (6) sintering and cooling the paraffin-removed sample to obtain the nanoporous ceramic.

The method includes the steps of obtaining a titanic acid compound and a ferroelectric having a value less than a melting point of the titanic acid compound; obtaining a mixture by adding the ferroelectric material to the titanic acid compound; and sintering the mixture at a temperature equal to or more than a melting point of the ferroelectric material.

摘要: The dielectric layers are formed from a dielectric porcelain formed from crystal particles containing barium titanate as a main component and containing a rare earth element, and the crystal particles have, in a particle boundary vicinity, a low concentration region in which the concentration of the rare earth element is lower than the concentration of the rare earth element in an inside. The crystal particles further contain vanadium, and the low concentration region contains a larger amount of the vanadium than the amount of the vanadium in the inside. The crystal particles further contain magnesium and manganese, and the magnesium and the manganese have a concentration gradient that is at a maximum at the particle boundary vicinity and that lowers toward the inside.

摘要: A microwave dielectric ceramic, including a main crystal phase having a chemical formula of BaSixO2x+1, where 1.56≤x≤1.85. A regulator for regulating frequency-temperature characteristics of microwave dielectric ceramics is also provided. The dielectric constant of the microwave dielectric ceramic is smaller than 8, the temperature coefficient of resonate frequency of the microwave dielectric ceramic is positive, and the microwave dielectric ceramic is anti-reductive. A low temperature co-fired ceramic material includes a main crystal phase, the regulator, and a sintering additive. The main crystal phase of the low temperature co-fired ceramic material includes barium, aluminum, silicon, and oxygen.

摘要: A ceramic dielectric composition contains a base material powder represented by one or more of (Ca1-xSrx) (Zr1-yTiy)O3, Ca(Zr1-yTiy)O3, Sr(Zr1-xTiy)O3, (Ca1-xSrx) ZrO3, and (Ca1-xSrx)TiO3, in which x and y satisfy 0≤x≤1.0 and 0.2≤y≤0.9, respectively. The ceramic dielectric composition have on may high room-temperature permittivity and excellent ESD protection characteristics and may secure withstand voltage characteristics while implementing relatively high capacitance.

The dielectric composition includes a tungsten bronze type complex oxide expressed by a chemical formula (K1-xNax)Sr2Nb5O15 as a main component, x satisfying 0≦x≦0.50, wherein the dielectric composition includes a secondary phase of at least one or more selected from: MgO.SiO2; BaO.2MgO.2SiO2; and 2MgO.B2O3; or the dielectric composition includes a tungsten bronze type complex oxide expressed by a chemical formula (K1-xNax)Sr2Nb5O15 as a main component, x satisfying 0≦x≦0.40, wherein the dielectric composition includes: MgO; BaO; B2O3; SiO2; and P2O5 as a first accessory component in a total content of 2.5 mol to 20.0 mol per 100 mol of the main component.

The dielectric composition includes: a main component made of: a first complex oxide expressed by a chemical formula {K(Ba1-xSrx)2Nb5O15}; and a second complex oxide expressed by a chemical formula that differs the chemical formula of the first complex oxide. The second complex oxide is a complex oxide expressed by one of chemical formulae: {(Ca1-ySry)(Zr1-zTiz)O3}; {Ba(Ti1-uZru)O3}; {(Ca1-vSrv)TiSiO5}; and {(Ba1-wRe2w/3)Nb2O6}, x satisfies 0.35≦x≦0.75, and a satisfies 0.25≦a≦0.75 when a molar ratio between the first and second complex oxides is defined by a:b in an order and a+b=1.00.

摘要: Multilayer ceramic chip capacitors which satisfy COG requirements and which are compatible with reducing atmosphere sintering conditions so that non-noble metals such as nickel and nickel alloys thereof may be used for internal and external electrodes are made in accordance with the invention. The capacitors exhibit desirable dielectric properties (high capacitance, low dissipation factor, high insulation resistance), excellent performance on highly accelerated life testing, and very good resistance to dielectric breakdown. The dielectric layers comprise a barium strontium zirconate matrix doped with other metal oxides such as TiO2, CaO, B2O3, and MgO in various combinations.
