    摘要: According to the present invention, a device body casing 17 has a liquid chamber 20a for temporarily storing a liquid to be transported by a pump, a gas chamber 20b, and an extendably and contractibly deformable pulsation suppression diaphragm 18, which separate them. The device body casing 17 having an aperture 27 so as to communicate with gas chamber 20b, is detachably engaged with a valve case 23. The valve case 23 is provided with an automatic gas supply valve mechanism 33 and an automatic gas exhaust valve mechanism 34, which restrict the amount of the extendable and contractible deformation of the pulsation suppression diaphragm 18 within the predetermined range, so that a liquid pressure inside the liquid chamber 20a and an atmospheric pressure inside the gas chamber 20b may balance each other when the discharge pressure of the pump is fluctuated. The automatic gas exhaust valve mechanism 34 is provided with a gas exhaust port 32, a gas exhaust valve element 43, and a slider 48. The gas exhaust port 32 exhausts the gas from the gas chamber 20b to the outside, when the gas sealing pressure inside the gas chamber 20b is decreased. The gas exhaust valve element 43 usually makes the gas exhaust port 32 close. The slider 48 is operated so that the gas exhaust valve element 43 may usually make the gas exhaust port 32 open, when the pulsation suppression diaphragm 18 is moved in a direction of reducing the liquid chamber 20a so as to exceed the predetermined stroke. The gas exhaust valve element 43 is disposed on a tip of the gas exhaust valve rod 45. A rear end of the gas exhaust valve rod 45 is slidably inserted in the slider 48. The gas exhaust valve rod 45 is loosely inserted in a through hole 46 of the spring receiving member 47 fixed to the inside of the gas exhaust chamber 42 of the valve case 23. On the gas exhaust rod 45, a spring 49 for a closing state is disposed between the gas exhaust valve element 43 and the spring receiving member 47, and a spring 50 for an opening state is disposed between the spring receiving member 47 and the slider 48.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a resin-made spring which, although the spring is made of a resin only, has a strength similar to that of a metal-made spring, and in which the strength is hardly reduced with time and can be maintained to a desired degree for a long term, and also to a bellows type constant volume pump which uses such a resin-made spring. The resin-made spring of the present invention has a configuration in which a strip-like PTFE-made sheet is bent in a zigzag manner in a longitudinal direction of the sheet to thereby provide a predetermined swelling curvature R, side faces of bent portions of the predetermined curvature are in close proximity to or in contact with each other, and the bent portions of the predetermined curvature are elastically expandable and contractible by means of heat holding and cooling. Such a PTFE-made spring is used as a spring for a check valve on the side of a tip end portion of a discharge hole of a bellows type constant volume pump.

    摘要: When used for connecting a fluid carrying pipe, the pipe joint for a fluid handling device of the present invention can provide a strong force for preventing the fluid carrying pipe from coming out from the pipe joint and can assure excellent sealing properties regardless of variations of the fluid temperature. The present pipe joint is arranged such that no fluid stay portion is formed. A cylindrical joint body is provided at the inner peripheral surface thereof with a receiving port into which a one-end pushing portion of a fluid carrying pipe is inserted, and at the outer peripheral surface thereof with a male screw portion. This joint body is formed integrally with the main body of the fluid handling device. Formed at the receiving port is a sealing portion inclined with respect to the axis thereof. A sealing ring having a sealing portion which comes in contact with the sealing portion of the receiving port, is pressingly inserted into one end of the fluid carrying pipe. By the threaded movement of a pushing ring as threadedly connected to a male screw portion on the outer periphery of the joint body, a sealing force is provided to both sealing portions.

    摘要: It is an object of the invention to, even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, prevent sedimenting and aggregation from occurring in a pump. As means for attaining the object, a bellows 7 that is extendingly and contractingly deformable in the axial direction is placed in a pump body 1 with setting the axis B of the bellows vertical so as to be driven to perform extending and contracting deformation, and form a liquid chamber 9 inside the bellows 7. A suction port 18 and a discharge port 19 are formed in an inner bottom face 4a of the pump body 1 facing the liquid chamber 9. Liquid is sucked from the suction port 18 into the liquid chamber 9 by extension of the bellows 7, and the liquid in the liquid chamber 9 is discharged from the discharge port 19 by contraction of the bellows 7. The inner bottom face 4a is formed into a conical shape in which the face is downward inclined as moving toward the discharge port 19. Therefore, also liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry can be always smoothly discharged toward the discharge port 19 along the downward inclined face of the inner bottom face 4a without collecting on the inner bottom face 4a of the liquid chamber.

The inner diameter D of the annular pressing portion is set to be 1.0 to 1.1 times, preferably, 1.01 to 1.05 times the outer diameter d of the pipe member, and the length L of the straight inner peripheral face portion in the axial direction is set to be 0.2 to 1.0 times, preferably, 0.2 to 0.8 times the outer diameter d of the pipe member, whereby the rotational resistance in a process of fastening the pressing ring is reduced, so that the loss of fastening torque can be reduced and a predetermined sealing force and a predetermined slipping off resistance can be ensured.
