Abstract:
A liquid jetting apparatus capable of preventing an jetted organic liquid layer having a difference in its jetting amount from being recognized as a stain includes a plurality of jetting heads to jet an organic liquid onto a substrate having a plurality of pixels, and a convey unit to shift the different jetting heads to pixels representing the same color among the pixels arranged in a line in at least one of row and column directions.
Abstract:
A broadcast receiving apparatus, and method, for capturing a broadcast signal, the apparatus including a signal processor to receive broadcast signals and process the broadcast signals, a controller to capture a certain frame data from the broadcast signals processed by the signal processor, check an input resolution of the broadcast signals, and decide whether to perform a down-scaling with respect to the captured frame data, a down-scaler to down-scale the frame data which is decided by the controller to be down-scaled, and a storage unit to store the down-scaled frame data. Accordingly, an image can be captured and a captured frame data can be stored without being degraded, preventing memory consumption.
Abstract:
An image sensor includes a trench formed by a shallow trench isolation (STI) process, a channel stop layer formed over a substrate in the trench, an isolation structure filled in the trench, and a photodiode formed in the substrate adjacent to a sidewall of the trench. In more detail of the image sensor, a trench is formed in a substrate through a STI process, and a channel stop layer is formed over the substrate in the trench. An isolation structure is formed in the trench, and a photodiode is formed in the substrate adjacent to a sidewall of the trench.
Abstract:
Riboflavin-producing Bacillus subtilis which is resistant to proline analogue, and a method for producing riboflavin using the Bacillus subtilis are provided.
Abstract:
A method of driving an ink-jet printhead, the ink-jet printhead having a pressure chamber to be filled with ink, a piezoelectric actuator for varying a volume of the pressure chamber, and a nozzle, through which an ink droplet is ejected, connected to the pressure chamber, the method including applying a driving pulse to the piezoelectric actuator to change the volume of the pressure chamber, thereby ejecting the ink droplet through the nozzle due to a change in pressure in the pressure chamber caused by the change in volume of the pressure chamber, and changing a volume of the ink droplet ejected through the nozzle by maintaining a rising time of the driving pulse constant and adjusting a duration time of a maximum voltage of the driving pulse.
Abstract:
The purging of photoresist from a supply device of semiconductor coating equipment is automatically executed in a controlled manner. The equipment employs a plurality of photoresist bottles for storing the same kind of photoresist. A plurality of supply pipes are respectively connected to the photoresist bottles, respectively. A valve system selectively opens and closes the supply pipes in response to control signals generated by a main controller. A dispense pump forces the photoresist in the open supply pipe through a nozzle. A purge start button issues a purge start command signal to the controller when the button is pressed. The controller then controls the valve system and the dispense pump so as to automatically purge the photoresist according to a sequence effected using a timer.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a cushion apparatus for recovery from fatigue. In accordance with the present invention, theft can be prevented during a sleep, the user can be waked up from sleep, the user can be made to recover from fatigue not only by the applying of vibration to the user's body using the vibration units but also by the applying of heat to the user's body using the heating wire, vibrational noise can be prevented, and the manufacturing process of the cushion apparatus can be simplified, thus improving the manufacturing yield of the cushion apparatus and reducing the manufacturing costs of the cushion apparatus.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a cushion. The cushion comprises a sponge having a predetermined length and a circular cylinder-shaped configuration; a plurality of vibrating motors embedded in the sponge; an inner envelope opened at one end thereof, for allowing the sponge to be inserted therein, with a predetermined space defined therebetween; cushioning segments filled into the space defined between the sponge and the inner envelope; a frame made of plastic material and fitted into the opened one end of the inner envelope to be brought at one end thereof into contact with the sponge, the frame having a cylindrical configuration; a rechargeable battery positioned in the frame and connected through electric wires to the vibrating motors; a frame cover fastened to the frame to close the other end of the frame; an aromatic case fixed to an inner surface of the frame cover to be positioned in the frame and receive therein an aromatic; an aromatic case cover attached to the frame cover and defined with a plurality of slots which are opened and closed by a plurality of sliding plates, respectively, so that an amount of the aromatic which is given out through the slots can be adjusted; and an outer envelope made of cloth and capable of being opened and closed at one end thereof, for enclosing the resultant combination.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an instant rice nectar which can be preserved for long time. The instant rice nectar of the invention is prepared by the process which comprises the steps of: adding water to malt while stirring, filtrating to obtain malt extract, adding amylase to the malt extract and saccharifying, heating and chilling, filtering, and adding sugar to the filtrate so that the total sugar content reaches a Brix level of 32 to 68; steeping nonglutinous rice in water and boiling to form nectaring rice, adding 1 to 3 times by weight of water and amylase to the nectaring rice, and saccharifying; diluting said malt extract with water and adding the saccharified nectaring rice to the diluted malt extract, and filling up a container with rice nectar thus produced and sealing; and, putting said container filled with the rice nectar in a retort chamber and sterilizing.
Abstract:
A sustained/immediate acting ketoprofen patch. A moisture permeable backing, a moisture non-permeable primer, a moisture high-permeable drug layer containing ketoprofen and a skin adhesion layer controlling release of a drug solution are piled up. An ethyl acetate soluble acrylic/rubber adhesive is coated onto a silicon coated paper, dried and transfer coated onto the backing to form the primer. The drug layer is formed by coating a drug solution onto a silicon coated paper, drying and transfer coating onto the primer. The skin adhesion layer is formed by coating a mixture of a solution prepared by dissolving an emulsifier in ethyl acetate and acrylic adhesive, drying and transfer coating onto the drug layer. The ketoprofen patch has a drug release controlling function and a good adhesion strength. The drug transferring effect through the skin is good.
