摘要: The disclosure is directed to a system and method for control of at least one bioreactor, other cell cultivation-related equipment, and systems containing any combination of these in a plant. For example, a Plant-Wide Control System (PWCS) or a Process Control System (PCS) may be divided into three main components: hardware (including operating systems, such as a controller communicating with one or more servers of a network associated with the PWCS, (2) software (such as a control module) for performing control, and (3) one or more instrument control loops, which may be used by the software to maintain certain process values. Moreover, a Height Equivalent of a Theoretical Plate (HETP) value and an asymmetry factor may be determined based on real-time analysis on a chromatography column, using PWCS components.

摘要: A system and method for monitoring an environment and performing analysis of collected samples are provided. The samples can be collected by personnel, a robot or a cobot, and the system may receive results of the monitoring/analysis and output information (e.g., alerts, reports, trends, forecasts) to environmental services, infection prevention personnel, and/or an electronic health/medical record system. If a contaminant is detected in the environment, appropriate personnel may automatically be alerted so that the contaminant can be eliminated/contained. The system may dynamically schedule the monitoring based on needs and ongoing changes in the environment, provide routing and work instructions to personnel, robots and/or cobots, and manage, maintain, and organize all information associated with the environmental monitoring so that information can be accessed, analyzed, and, if necessary, responded to, in real-time and/or in a timely manner, or where corrective actions need to be initiated as part of overall improvement plans.

摘要: Systems and methods for dynamic automation are provided. An automation module, for example, may receive at least one map template that is selectable by a user. Based on the map template, the automation module may dynamically generate a robot deck layout map and/or procedure and also generate a series of robotic commands for a robot. The robotic commands may then be passed to the robot to carry out the automation. Accordingly, the automation may be entirely dynamic, without the need for a user to pre-program or pre-assemble all of the robotic commands prior to the automation. The automation module may thus be able to build, in real-time and/or on the fly, the robotic commands based only on the at least one map template that was selected by the user.
