Abstract:
A method for stabilizing machine processes in which the machines are regulated by a machine regulation matrix selected from a plurality of machine regulation matrixes using a detected machine sensor value, set-point values of the machines being stored in each machine regulation matrix. A process is optimized according to a predefined criterion by also using some of the machine sensor values such that a machine regulation matrix which is optimal according to the process optimization is determined from the plurality of machine regulation matrixes and is subsequently used for regulating the machines.
Abstract:
A stripwound hose expandable from a compressed state to a stretched state includes at least two spiral-wound strips having at least three telescoping portions in a direction of a longitudinal axis. The telescoping portions are arranged in axially overlapping relation, when the stripwound hose assumes the compressed state; and extend in axial side-by-side relation, when the stripwound hose assumes the stretched state. The telescoping portions are hooked to one another when being axially stretched.

Adjustment fitting, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part and having a second fitting part that is rotationally adjustable relative to the first fitting part about an axis of rotation, wherein the first fitting part has associated with it an outer wheel with internal teeth, in which wheel is inserted, in the manner of a wobble mechanism, an inner wheel with external teeth hat is associated with the second fitting part, and wherein the inner wheel forms a receiving space that is eccentric to the axis of rotation, and having an eccentric cam rotatably inserted in the eccentric receiving space, having a drive shaft for driving the eccentric cam. A central seal is placed in an axial gap between the two fitting parts.
Abstract:
A decoupling element for a conduit includes an interior hose made of metal and a corrugated exterior hose surrounding the interior hose, with a hollow-cylindrical gap formed between the corrugated exterior hose and the interior hose. At least one damping element is arranged in the gap, with the damping element(s) constructed of a woven fabric made of a high-temperature-resistant material and having an outside surface with at least one bulge, wherein the bulge positively engages with a corrugation of the exterior hose. The exterior hose may be a membrane bellows. The woven fabric may be a metallic material. The at least one damping element covers, along the rotation axis, preferably a proportional length of at least 20% of the hollow-cylindrical gap and has preferably a static stiffness in the radial direction of less than 100 N/mm.
Abstract:
A method for producing an adjustment fitting, particularly for a vehicle seat is provided, whereby an outer wheel is associated with a first fitting part, the wheel having inner toothing, and having an inner wheel that can be associated with a second fitting part, the wheel having outer toothing, wherein the inner wheel having the outer toothing is inserted into the outer wheel having the inner toothing eccentrically to a rotational axis in the manner of a wobble mechanism, wherein partial eccentric elements are inserted rotatably with respect to each other in an eccentric receiving chamber formed between the rotational axis and the inner wheel so as to produce variable eccentricity, wherein a transmission element having an engagement element for actuating the partial eccentric element is inserted such that the engagement elements interacts with a catch of the partial eccentric element. In spite of the production tolerances of the components, overall higher quality and higher operational safety of the produced adjustment fitting are to be achieved. For this purpose, the geometry of the partial eccentric element is measured, and the geometry of the transmission element is individually adapted according to the data of the measurement before inserting the transmission element.
Abstract:
Adjustment fitting, in particular for a vehicle seat, comprising a first fitting part and a second fitting part that can be rotationally adjusted relative to the first fitting part about an axis of rotation. An external gear, which has internal teeth and into which an internal gear that is associated with the second fitting part and has external teeth is inserted like an eccentric gear, is associated with the first fitting part. The internal gear forms an eccentric receiving space towards the axis of rotation. The adjustment fitting further comprises an eccentric member that is rotatably inserted into the eccentric receiving space and is equipped with a drive shaft for driving the eccentric member, and a cap for covering the open receiving space. The cap is eccentrically designed relative to the axis of rotation, penetrates into the eccentric receiving space by means of an axially downward-pulled sealing edge, and seals the receiving space as the sealing edge is preloaded in a radially outward direction. The adjustment fitting is easy to mount, while the cap ensures a secure sealing action regardless of the axial height of the adjustment fitting.
Abstract:
The fluorine surfactant-free, long-term-stable and biodegradable additive for chromium electrolytes lowers the surface tension and hence improves the chromium deposition process, especially in the application for the electrolytical chromium-plating. Preferred additives are CH3(CH2)nSO3H and the salts thereof with n from 10 to 18. These additives are also useful as component in polymer mordants as pretreatments for polymer metallizations.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a metal tube arrangement (1) for exhaust pipes of motor vehicles, which typically includes an inner tube (10) with hook or interlock connection as well as a bellows-like an outer tube (20). The inner tube (10) and the outer tube (20) are hereby connected to one another at regular distances along their extension. In particular, they can be coupled to one another via a helically revolving roll seam weld (30). The outer tube (20) is preferably made of two layers from a wound metal strip (21).
Abstract:
For connection of pipelines which are subject to vibration, for example pipelines in vehicle exhaust systems, a liquid-tight decoupling element is used which includes a, e.g. multi-layer wound, metal hose and a tube accommodated in coaxial relationship inside or outside of the metal hose. A first axial fitting firmly secures one end of the tube. The tube is sized to protrude into a second axial fitting, regardless whether the metal hose is completely compressed or completely stretched, to allow movement of the tube in axial and torsional directions in relation to the second axial fitting.
Abstract:
In order to improve the functionality of a computer-assisted design, test and/or development environment for a data processing circuit arrangement, the instructions of the circuit arrangement are stored in a machine-readable manner in a data base with the binary representations thereof. The allocation of a predefined binary representation (instruction code) to an instruction occurs in a modifiable manner. In this way, processors can be developed which are specialized and optimized in terms of processing specific software applications. The invention also relates to a computer-assisted design, test and/or circuit environment corresponding the above-mentioned method.
