    摘要： A corrugated tube includes: a tubular body including outer-face bellows recess sections outer-face bellows protruding sections in a circumferential direction as viewed from an outside, wherein the outer-face bellows recess section and the outer-face bellows protruding section are alternately arranged continuously in an axial direction of the tubular body. Deep groove sections are formed in some of the outer-face bellows recess sections. The deep groove section has: a shape being recessed partially in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction; a shape protruding toward an inner side of the tubular body; and a shape having a pair of tapered sections as viewed from the axial direction of the tubular body.

    摘要： A pipeline to transport a frozen medium is indicated which has an outer transversely to its longitudinal direction undulated limiting pipe, arranged inside are at least one metal pipe for guiding the frozen medium as well as a cooling pipe composed of metal for guiding a second frozen medium. In the limiting pipe hollow areas are available for evacuation. Fitted inside the limiting pipe are at least two transversely to their longitudinal direction undulated metal pipes for guiding the frozen medium, which are each surrounded by a thermal insulation. During the operation of the pipeline the frozen medium is led in different directions through both the metal pipes. Attached around both the metal pipes and the cooling pipe is a pipe shaped closed sleeve composed of a thermally good conductive material that is in contact with the cooling pipe.

    摘要： An inspection system and method for scanning and recording defects in the surface of the smooth inner wall of dual wall corrugated plastic pipe during manufacture utilizing automated laser technology, in order to minimize potential disruptions in the manufacturing extrusion process and alleviate concerns as to improper formation of the inner wall. The inspection system includes conical laser pattern generator that passes through the dual wall corrugated pipe during the manufacturing process to complete 360 degree scan coverage of the surface of the inner smooth wall of the pipe. The inspection system further includes a set of cameras properly aligned to record comprehensive three dimensional coverage of the scanned image of the inner wall of the dual wall corrugated pipe. This inspection system and method has particular benefits in the manufacture of coilable dual wall corrugated plastic pipe, where the material make-up of the polymer melt used for the inner wall has been altered.
