Abstract:
A system that maps media content information to an interactive program guide displayed on a screen includes, among other things, a memory with logic, and a processor configured with the logic to display at least one personal video recording display channel in the interactive program guide. The processor is further preferably configured with the logic to display media content instance listings in the personal video recording display channel for corresponding media content instance recordings.
Abstract:
A method for providing an interactive program guide (IPG) includes receiving from a user a request for an IPG, and providing the user with an IPG that includes listings that were received by a digital home communication terminal (DHCT) via a subscriber television network, as well as other listings that were not received by the DHCT via the subscriber television network.
Abstract:
A server in a subscriber television network receives service instances from a headend of the subscriber television network. The server is adapted to encrypt according to an encryption scheme and re-transmit service instances to a client-receiver. The server reformats the service instance from a first format into a second format the client-receiver can access the service instance.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are disclosed for providing objects to a remote digital home communication terminal (remote DHCT) via a gateway device located at a customer premises. One such method, among others, includes receiving a message from a remote DHCT requesting a carousel object, receiving the carousel object from a server device, and transmitting the carousel object to the remote DHCT.
