摘要: A tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer composition comprising a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer (A) and a thermoplastic fluoropolymer (B) having a crystallization temperature higher than the crystallization temperature of said tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer (A) in a mass ratio of (A)/(B)=from 99.8/0.2 to 1/99. The composition is excellent in melt processability, and its formed product is excellent in mechanical properties and fuel barrier properties.

摘要: A milking apparatus for extracting milk from a human breast has a funnel shaped receiver positionable over the breast attached to a conduit and receiver bottle for receiving extracted milk. An adaptor is provided such that different types of suction pumps may be used in conjunction with the apparatus in response to the needs of the user. A pressure adjusting mechanism is associated with the adaptor which is operated automatically or manually to relieve excess suction exerted by a selected suction pump on the breast.

A method for granulating an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, which is characterized by stirring and granulating a slurry of an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer together with water in the presence of both ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene at a granulation temperature of from 10 to 130° C. for a granulation time of from 30 to 240 minutes.

摘要: To provide a method for purifying tetrafluoroethylene by removing, from tetrafluoroethylene containing a polymerization inhibitor, the polymerization inhibitor by adsorption.A method of bringing tetrafluoroethylene containing a polymerization inhibitor into contact with a silica gel containing a metal salt in an amount of from 250 to 100,000 mass ppm as calculated as metal atoms to remove the polymerization inhibitor by adsorption, and the metal salt is preferably a salt of a metal of Group 3 to 13 of the Periodic Table, more preferably a salt of a metal of Group 8 to 10 of the Periodic Table. For example, as the metal salt, a salt of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of iron, cobalt, nickel, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium and platinum may be used.

摘要: The present invention provides an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition having a high melt flowability while maintaining satisfactory mechanical properties in the obtainable molded product are maintained. The ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition (C) has a melt viscosity of from 80 to 500 Pa·s, preferably from 100 to 300 Pa·s and a tensile elongation of from 200 to 500%, preferably from 350 to 450%. The copolymer composition (C) is may be obtained by melt kneading an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (A) having a low melt viscosity of from 60 to 400 Pa·s, preferably from 80 to 300 Pa·s and an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (B) having a melt viscosity higher than this i.e. from 600 to 10,000 Pa·s, preferably from 1,000 to 7,000 Pa·s in a mass ratio of (A)/(B)=50/50 to 99/1, preferably (A)/(B)=60/40 to 97/3.

摘要: A fluorocopolymer which comprises repeating units (a) based on tetrafluoroethylene and/or chlorotrifluoroethylene, repeating units (b) based on a cyclic hydrocarbon monomer having a dicarboxylic anhydride group and an endocyclic polymerizable unsaturated group, and repeating units (c) based on other monomer, wherein the repeating units (a) are from 50 to 99.89 mol %, the repeating units (b) are from 0.01 to 5 mol % and the repeating units (c) are from 0.1 to 49.99 mol %, based on the total molar amount of the repeating units (a), (b) and (c), and which has a volume flow rate of from 0.1 to 1,000 mm3/sec., and a laminate and coated product thereof. The fluorocopolymer is excellent in adhesion, heat resistance, weather resistance, stress cracking resistance and fuel barrier properties. The laminate is excellent in interlaminar bonding and fuel barrier properties. The coated product is excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and lubricating properties.
