Provided is a manufacturing method of a CNT emitter with density controlled CNT, comprising: (i) fabricating a CNT paste by dispersing a carbon nanotube (CNT) powder, two kinds or more of inorganic fillers which have a lower melting temperature than the CNT and different oxidation degrees of the CNT, and an organic binder in a solvent; (ii) coating the CNT paste on an electrode formed above a substrate; (iii) sintering the substrate coated with the CNT paste to selectively oxidize the CNT around one kind of inorganic filler among two kinds or more of the inorganic fillers; and (iv) treating the surface of the CNT paste so that the surface of the CNT paste is activated.

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention relates to a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp including a first light-emitting unit and a second light-emitting unit arranged above and below a reflector, so that light is emitted in both an upwards and downwards direction and light is reflected by the reflector, and so that the LED lamp has light distribution characteristics similar to those of conventional filament lamps.

A field emission device having a simple structure and capable of readily changing emission colors of light by adjusting emission intensity of red, green and blue light is provided. In the field emission device, current that flows into each cathode electrode block is adjusted according to a very low control pulse signal of 0 to 5 V with a predetermined voltage applied to an anode electrode and a gate electrode over time, so that emission intensities of red, green and blue are individually adjusted. Therefore, the current that flows into each cathode electrode block is adjusted in a simple manner using a control pulse signal of a low level without a separate pulse driving high-voltage power supply, so that emission intensities of red, green and blue can be arbitrarily adjusted and emission colors of the field emission device can be readily changed.

A method for measuring critical dimensions of a pattern using an overlay measuring apparatus is provided. The method includes setting a first scan range, inputting a step pitch for the overlay measuring apparatus, inputting X and Y coordinates of a point on a reticle, and inputting a size of the reference pattern. The method further includes inputting a position of the reference pattern, inputting a second scan range, measuring the size of the reference pattern, and inputting an ideal pattern size. The method still further includes measuring a size and a first Z-axial focus position of a top region of the reference pattern, storing the first Z-axial focus position, measuring a size of the selected pattern of the first wafer using stored reference information, and determining whether the size of the selected pattern is suitable relative to the ideal pattern size.

A light guiding plate capable of minimizing a thickness of a backlight assembly and an LCD device, a backlight assembly and an LCD device having the same are provided. The light guiding plate has a light incident surface, a light reflection surface having a plurality of dots for diffusing and reflecting the light emitted from the light incident surface and a light output surface having a predetermined roughness and further diffusing the light diffused and reflected by the light reflection surface. Thus, a conventional diffusion sheet disposed above the light guiding plate may be removed.
