摘要: Disclosed is a load controller for use in a hydrostatic transmission for a work vehicle. Power supplied from an engine is branched to drive an implement system and a traveling system. The hydrostatic transmission connects, in an oil-hydraulic closed circuit, an oil-hydraulic pump driven by the engine and an oil-hydraulic motor driven by the oil-hydraulic pump. The load controller includes a bypass oil line for bypassing an oil line that has high pressure during forward movement in the oil-hydraulic closed circuit to reach an oil line that has low pressure during forward movement or an oil tank; a first opening/closing valve for opening or closing the bypass oil line; and an opening/closing valve controller that detects a load applied to the engine while traveling during working and opens the first opening/closing valve when the load exceeds a predetermined level.

摘要: There is provided a pump system including a housing capable of reserving oil in an internal space; an input shaft supported by the housing so as to be operatively connected to a driving source; a pump shaft supported by the housing; a hydraulic pump body which is accommodated in the housing and is driven by the pump shaft; a PTO shaft supported by the housing; a power transmission gear train which transmits a power from the input shaft to the pump shaft and the PTO shaft, and is accommodated in the housing; and a PTO clutch mechanism accommodated in the housing so as to be positioned in a power transmission path from the input shaft to the PTO shaft. The power transmission gear train has at least two first and second transmission gears meshed with each other. The housing has a narrow gear accommodating space surrounding a region including a mesh point between the first and second transmission gears, a PTO clutch accommodating space which surrounds the PTO clutch mechanism and which is fluidly communicated with the gear accommodating space, and a pair of first and second suction/discharge ports which communicate the internal space of the housing with an outside of the housing. The first suction/discharge port is arranged within the gear accommodating space so as to be positioned in an opposite side to the PTO clutch accommodating space with the mesh point between the first and second transmission gears interposed therebetween.

摘要: A hydraulic four-wheel-drive working vehicle includes a front/rear differential-lock switch valve. The front/rear differential-lock switch valve fluidly connects forward-movement high-pressure lines of the pair of main operation fluid lines, which are fluidly connected to a main hydraulic motor, and the pair of sub operation fluid lines, which are fluidly connected to a sub hydraulic motor, and also fluidly connects the forward-movement low-pressure lines of the pair of main operation fluid lines and the pair of sub operation fluid lines. The front/rear differential-lock switch valve is capable of taking a throttling fluid-connection state of fluidly connecting the corresponding lines in a state where a throttle is interposed therebetween and a full fluid-connection state of fluidly connecting the corresponding lines in a state where the throttle is not interposed therebetween.

摘要: A vehicle transaxle system includes a pair of right and left transaxle units equipped on a vehicle. The right transaxle unit supports a single right axle, and the left transaxle unit supports a single left axle. A variable displacement hydraulic pump is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units so as to be driven by power from a prime mover of the vehicle. A variable displacement hydraulic motor is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units and is fluidly connected to the corresponding hydraulic pump so as to drive the corresponding right or left axle. A movable motor displacement control member is provided in each of the transaxle unit so as to be moved to change the displacement of the corresponding hydraulic motor. An interlocking connection means is connected to both the movable motor displacement control members of the respective hydraulic motors. The vehicle is provided with a first manipulator for changing displacements of the hydraulic pumps, and is provided with a second manipulator for operating the interlocking connection means. The interlocking connection means is operated by operating the second manipulator so as to synchronously move both the movable motor displacement control members.

摘要: A hydraulic drive vehicle includes a bypass valve for fluidly connecting or disconnecting a pump/second-motor line and a second-motor/first-motor line, and set a capacity of a first hydraulic motor to a standard capacity which makes a peripheral speed of a first wheel driven by the first hydraulic motor equal to a peripheral speed of a second wheel driven by a second hydraulic motor when the bypass valve fluidly disconnects the two lines and set the capacity of the first hydraulic motor to a first capacity smaller than the standard capacity when the bypass valve fluidly connects the two lines. The present invention makes it possible to widen a variable range in which a traveling speed of the vehicle could be changed.
