Abstract:
A vehicle toy combination includes a wireless controlled toy vehicle having a mobile platform configured to move over a surface. A central controller on the platform is configured to control at least one aspect of the toy vehicle. A hand-held manually actuable wireless controller is configured to remotely control user selected movement of the toy vehicle. Multiple vehicles can be controlled simultaneously with multiple wireless, manually operated controllers operating at the same frequency by initially synchronizing the controllers to transmit in non-overlapping windows.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A method, computer system, and graphical user interface for presenting an interactive hierarchy and indicating entry of information therein is disclosed. An interactive hierarchy is used to organize information using nodes arranged in multiple levels, where the interactive hierarchy may also be used to select a node to operate on. The interactive hierarchy may provide sense-of-place by depicting the organization of the nodes and indicating which node a user is operating on. An indicator is also provided which indicates whether one or more types of information have been entered for a given node, level of nodes, etc., thereby providing sense-of-task by enabling a user to determine which types of information have already been entered, which types of information have yet to be entered, etc. Further, a task indicator may be provided for stepping users through various information entry and/or management tasks, thereby further improving sense-of-task.
Abstract:
A surgical light including a light housing having at least one light source therein and a handle assembly extending from the light housing, with the handle assembly including a knob and a cover. The handle assembly is rotatably connected to the light housing. The cover covers the knob. Engaging the cover in a first mode and rotating the knob alters a first characteristic of light emitted from the at least one light source. Engaging the cover in a second mode and rotating the knob alters a second characteristic of light emitted from the at least one light source.
Abstract:
The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for controlling access and behavior of content based on a time and location of attempted access. In one example, a method may include receiving a request to provide content or application access to a user, identifying at least one behavior modification rule associated with the requested content or application access, the at least one behavior modification rule associated with a particular user context, identifying a user context associated with the requesting user, and, in response to determining that the identified user context is within the particular user context associated with the at least one behavior modification rule, performing the at least one behavior modification rule associated with the requested content or application access. The particular user context associated with the at least one behavior modification rule may be based on a location and/or time associated with the user context.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for handling performance monitoring (PM) data in a database in a manner that supports different PM data sets from different network element (NE) device types in an integrated manner. The present invention defines a single database structure that can be utilized to store, handle, retrieve, etc. PM counters from multiple NEs including NEs of different types, e.g. SONET/SDH NE, DWDM NE, optical switch, Ethernet switch, etc. The single database enables an efficient mechanism to handle PM data in a uniform way across a network with different device types.
Abstract:
A method, computer program product, and computer system directed to an online and distributed optimization framework for wireless analytics. A radio network controller determines a ranking for each of a plurality of received objects using a plurality of similarity graphs. The radio network controller extracts a common structure by collaborative filtering data associated with a plurality of user devices and the plurality of received objects. The common structure is analyzed to infer usage patterns within a time slot. The radio network controller stores a subset of the ranked objects of the plurality of received objects in response to the analysis.
Abstract:
A stage of a pipeline ADC which uses separate pairs of sampling network and amplifier (in a sample and hold circuit (SHA)) to provide inputs to quantizer (which generates a sub-code) and a switched capacitor network (implementing a DAC, a subtractor and amplification). Due to the use of separate components/paths to provide the input signal, the throughput performance of the ADC is enhanced.

An optical receiver is attached to the platform to look downward on the surface and is coupled to the central controller. The receiver is configured to read a predetermined reflective pattern located on the surface over which the toy vehicle moves. Multiple vehicles can be controlled simultaneously with multiple wireless, manually operated controllers operating at the same frequency by initially synchronizing the controllers to transmit in non-overlapping windows.
