Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for obtaining ratings using a rating service. A server computer executing a rating service can detect arrival of a user device at a vendor location. The server computer also can detect an interaction with a product offered at the vendor location by the user device. The server computer can determine that a rating for the product is to be requested, and can request the rating from the user device.
Abstract:
Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to consultation among feedback instances. According to one aspect, a system can receive a feedback instance consultation request for a consultation among an original feedback instance and a target feedback instance. The target feedback instance can be consulted with by the original feedback instance to enable the original feedback instance to cure a deficiency. The system can examine the feedback instance consultation request to determine if a match exists with an application programming interface associated with a target feedback instance model upon which the target feedback instance is based. If examination of the feedback instance consultation request determines that a match exists, the system can update the target feedback instance model with an intercommunication plan by which the consultation can occur. The system also can update an original feedback instance model upon which the original feedback instance is based.

Utilizing a virtual proxy system to emulate a portion of a communication is presented herein. A method can include receiving status information corresponding to a communication session of a communication device; based on the status information, determining, utilizing a rule representing a condition corresponding to the communication session, an action to be performed with respect to an emulation of a portion of the communication session; and sending an instruction representing the action directed to a proxy device for performance of the emulation. In an example, the action can include translating the portion of the communication session to a text message, and sending, via the proxy device, the text message directed to the communication device. In another example, the action can include generating a proxy communication corresponding to the portion of the communication session, and sending, via the proxy device, the proxy communication to a target communication device.

Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to a flexible behavioral chain (“FBC”) framework for permission-based enterprise-focused blockchain applications. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a chain framework module (“CFM”) executed by a FBC system can receive a new block request to add a new block to an FBC. The new block request can be created by a trigger management module (“TMM”) executed by the FBC system in response to a trigger, such as a customer touchpoint, a customer engagement, a subscribed event, and/or a virtual event. In response to the new block request, the CFM can generate the new block. A customer value score derivation module (“CVSDM”) executed by the FBC system can determine a customer value score (“CVS”) for a customer. The CFM can incorporate the CVS into the new block. The CFM can connect the new block to the FBC.

In accordance with one aspect disclosed herein, a system can receive a feedback instance creation request. The feedback instance creation request can be received from a policy engine in response to the policy engine attempting to satisfy a policy request. The system can examine the feedback instance creation request to determine an objective to be met by a new feedback instance model. The system can build a specification for the new feedback instance model. The specification can be built in accordance with a feedback instance building policy. The system can create the new feedback instance model in accordance with the specification. The system can store the new feedback instance model and a unique identifier associated with the new feedback instance model in a feedback instance model repository.

Interactive services are enhanced by intercepting, in a telecommunications network, a session initiation protocol message used to initiate a communication. The session initiation protocol message is intercepted prior to terminating at a recipient computer configured to provide interactive services for the communication. Based on predetermined rules, supplemental information is determined to provide to the recipient computer of the communication. The supplemental information is inserted into the session initiation protocol message prior to the terminating at the recipient computer. The session initiation protocol message with the supplemental information is routed to the recipient computer that provides the interactive services for the communication. The interactive services are provided based at least in part on the supplemental information.

A mobile device intermediary can access driver profile information and vehicle profile information from a remotely located device, determine vehicle adaptation information based on the driver profile information and vehicle profile information, and facilitate access to the vehicle adaptation information to facilitate adapting an aspect of a first vehicle. The mobile device intermediary can further receive other vehicle profile information related to a second vehicle associated with a driver profile and include the other vehicle profile information in determining the vehicle adaptation information. The vehicle adaptation information can be related to adapting a performance aspect of the first vehicle. The vehicle adaptation information can also be related to adapting an amenity aspect of the first vehicle. Vehicle adaption information can provide improved safety and driver comfort as a driver uses different vehicles, can be portable, and can be device independent.

Example methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture (e.g., physical storage media) to extend wireless signal coverage with drones are disclosed. Example methods disclosed herein to extend wireless signal coverage include determining whether a status of a wireless communication link being received at a first device from a second device meets a trigger condition. Such disclosed example methods also include, after determining the status meets the trigger condition, deploying a drone to a target location determined based on a first device location associated with the first device and a second device location associated with the second device, the drone being equipped with a signal extender capable of extending the wireless communication link.
