Abstract: A decontamination device devised to accomplish decontamination with a proper amount of decontamination agent by employing a mist control mechanism to concentrate a mist for decontamination on the surface of an article to be conveyed, and to reduce duration of operations such as aeration increase efficiency of decontamination, and a pass box in which the decontamination device is disposed. The device also includes a mist supply means configured to convert a chemical for decontamination into the mist, and to supply the mist to the inside of a working chamber accommodating the article. The mist control mechanism includes vibration boards adjacent to internal wall surfaces of the working chamber, which are ultrasonically vibrated to generate sound flows from board surfaces by an ultrasound in the vertical direction. The mist supplied to the inside of the chamber is pressed by acoustic radiation pressure to be concentrated on external surfaces of the article.

Abstract: The present invention provides a glove/logging system capable of accurately determining periods for glove airtightness inspection and replacement and improving the safety of a work glove in use and the work efficiency by recording and storing the status of use such as the operator name, the frequency of use, the period of use, and the details of work for an individual pair of work gloves attached to an equipment such as an isolator, and retroactively checking improper work and equipment abnormalities by tracing glove operations upon occurrence of operational abnormalities.
The glove/logging system is configured to record and store information on the status of use for a work glove, and include an operator tag, a glove tag, a reader for reading information from the tags, and an information device for recording and storing information. The reader is configured to receive information from the operator tag that passes through the reception region or stops therein or the glove tag via the antenna to communicate the information with the information device.-

Abstract: A pass box configured to accommodate and decontaminate an article by concentrating a mist of decontamination agent on an article's surface and to reduce a duration of aeration operations. The box includes a decontamination chamber, an aeration chamber in which residue of the decontamination agent is removed from the article's surface, a decontamination agent supply device, a decontamination agent control device, a moving device configured to reposition the article, and an air supply and exhaust device. The decontamination agent supply device converts a chemical into the mist and supplies it into the decontamination chamber. The decontamination agent control device includes vibration boards that are adjacent to internal wall surfaces of the decontamination chamber and that are ultrasonically vibrated to generate sound flows in the vertical direction thereby pressing the mist with acoustic radiation to concentrate the mist on the external surfaces of the article.

Abstract: An incubator which can uniformly maintain a temperature/humidity in a culture chamber and prevent dew condensation from occurring in the culture chamber is provided. Further, an incubator which raises an air pressure in a culture chamber higher than that of the external environment to maintain an aseptic environment and prevents water vapor to be supplied from adversely affecting the inner aseptic environment is provided.
An incubator includes a culture chamber including an insulated door and insulated wall, circulating means for circulating air in the culture chamber, temperature regulating means for regulating a temperature of the air in the culture chamber, and humidifying means for humidifying the air in the culture chamber. The humidifying means includes compressed gas generating means for generating a compressed gas, water supplying means for supplying water, a mixed gas-liquid regulator which regulates a mixed gas-liquid having compressed air and the water mixed therein, and a vaporizer which vaporizes the mixed gas-liquid to produce water vapor. Furthermore, the water vapor produced by the vaporizer can be directly supplied to the air circulated by the circulating means without passing through an air filter.-

Abstract: The present invention provides a work hood that allows for free rotation in a work box to provide a wide work area and easy decontamination of a sealing portion present at the boundary between the work hood and the work box.
A rotation support for rotatably supporting the entire half suit is provided. The rotation support includes a base portion, a rotating portion, a bearing portion, a sealing member, and a communication hole. The base portion is airtightly and annularly provided around an opening, and the rotating portion is provided around the base portion through the bearing portion, with a hem portion of the half suit being fixed to the rotating portion. The sealing member is annularly provided in an annular space formed by the base portion and the rotating portion so as to separate the work box and the external environment. The communication hole is provided so as to lead to the external environmental side from the annular small space side formed by the sealing member together with the base portion, the rotating portion, and the bearing portion, and is connected to a supply means for supplying a decontamination gas and the like to the inside of the small space and to a suction means for sucking clean air and the like from the inside of the small space.-

Abstract: An electron beam irradiation device which can uniformly project electron beams to the entire outer surface of a container by using a small-sized low-energy electron accelerator. When each of the side surface portions of the container is irradiated with the electron beams by supporting a bottom surface portion of the container, a position of the container is moved by the supporting portion so that a distance between each of the side surface portions of the container and an irradiation window of the electron accelerator is made substantially equal. Subsequently, when an upper surface portion and a bottom surface portion of the container are irradiated with the electron beams by holding the side surface portion of the container, the position of the container is moved by the holding portion so that the distances between the upper surface portion and the bottom surface portion of the container and the irradiation windows of the electron accelerators become substantially equal.
