    摘要: The present invention is an improved earpiece light. In particular, the present invention is directed to an earpiece having a power supply and a light source mounted on the earpiece. The earpiece light is preferably for use on a person's outer ear. The earpiece light comprises an ear support, preferably for placement behind the user's crest of helix. The ear support is attached to a power supply housing, preferably for placement over the user's external auditory canal. The power supply housing has a power supply and a lamp arm with a distal end extended from the power supply housing. The power supply is connected to a light source mounted on the distal end of the lamp arm. Preferably, the lamp arm is positioned below the ear support and the power supply is connected to a light source, preferably an LED, mounted on the lamp arm.

    摘要: An adhesive lifting mechanism for retrieving retractable material from an underlying surface includes a housing having a retrieval opening. A tape spool, as well as applicator and, retrieval rollers, are mounted within the housing. The rollers have circumferential engagement surfaces that protrude through and outwardly from the retrieval opening. The rollers are engaged by successive segments of tape extending from the supply spool and across the retrieval opening. Each roller is positioned in the housing for being driven rotatably across an underlying surface with the peripheries of the respective rollers simultaneously bearing against the underlying surface such that a first segment of tape lifts extractable matter from the underlying surface and is retrieved into the housing. A fresh, second segment of tape from the supply spool is then pulled across the opening and peripherally engaged with the applicator roller.

    摘要: The present invention is an improved key holder. In particular, the present invention is directed to a key holder with a plurality of lights for illuminating and identifying keys or key rings attached to the key holder. A preferred embodiment of the key holder comprises a circular hub containing a battery. Preferably, multiple key rings are mounted around the hub and project radially. Indicator lights of differing colors are mounted on the hub in alignment with a corresponding key ring and connected to the battery. A light is mounted on the edge of the hub, preferably an LED. A switch is mounted at the hub's center and connected to the power source, the light source and the indicator lights. The switch has different activation positions including a first activation position that activates the light source and a second activation position that activates at least one of the indicator lights.

    摘要: Methods of making a cathode element for an electrochemical cell. The methods comprise providing hollow carbon nanotubes and a sulfur source in a closed environment. Sulfur is deposited within an interior of the hollow carbon nanotube. The method includes cleaning an exterior surface of the carbon nanotubes and incorporating the carbon nanotubes into a cathode element. A cathodic material for a lithium-sulfur electrochemical cell is also provided. The material comprises a plurality of stacked-cone carbon nanotubes. Each nanotube defines a hollow interior and has a substantially continuous exterior surface area. Elemental sulfur is disposed within the hollow interior of each nanotube.
