    摘要: A method, an apparatus and an equipment of inspecting the quality of an LCD are provided, the method includes: obtaining optical parameters of the LCD; capturing images of the LCD; and determining that the LCD is defective after determining that the optical parameters are not in the range of the preset optical parameters and/or the captured images of the LCD are not consistent with the pre-stored images. Through the technical solution of the present invention, it can effectively differentiate the defect types of a product and record the defect position of the product, thereby it can effectively reduce misjudgment or miss test caused by the visual differences between operators to improve the quality and yield of manufactured LCD.

    摘要: Disclosed are a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes an array substrate and a color film substrate that are opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer filled between the array substrate and the color film substrate, and a polarizer covering a side of the color film substrate distal from the liquid crystal layer. A protrusive structure and a reflective layer disposed between the protrusive structure and the liquid crystal layer are arranged on the array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units arranged on a substrate. Each pixel unit is provided with a first region and a second region that are adjacent to each other. A thickness of the pixel unit disposed in the first region is greater than that of the pixel unit disposed in the second region.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a prism film, a method for manufacturing the prism film, and a liquid crystal display device. The prism film comprises a prism film substrate and a polarizing layer; an upper surface of the prism film substrate is a prism surface, a lower surface of the prism film substrate is a bonding surface; the polarizing layer is formed on the bonding surface of the prism film substrate. In such a manner, the poor attachment problems of attaching a polarizing sheet on a liquid crystal cell in the manufacturing technology of a liquid crystal panel can be avoided; meanwhile the problem of the polarizing sheet being scratched during assembling the liquid crystal panel in other processes can also be avoided.

    摘要: An array substrate, a manufacturing method, and a display device thereof are disclosed. The array substrate comprises a plurality of pixel units, each of the pixel units comprises a first transparent conductive layer and a second transparent conductive layer (2), the first transparent conductive layer forms a pixel electrode (1), the second transparent conductive layer (2) forms a common electrode (201), and the second transparent conductive layer (2) is disposed on a surface of the pixel unit, an insulating protective layer (131) is provided between the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer (2); wherein a detecting portion (102) is extended from the pixel electrode (1) of each pixel unit; a detecting plate (202) corresponding to the detecting portion (102) is formed of the second transparent conductive layer (2), the detecting plate (202) and the common electrode (201) are transversely separated from each other, and a portion of the insulating protective layer (131) located between the detecting plate (202) and the detecting portion (102) is provided with at least one via hole (3), through which the detecting plate (202) is electrically connected with the detecting portion (201). With the array substrate, the pixel electrode (1) of each pixel unit can be detected individually, thereby improving the detection accuracy.
