摘要: Provided is a fingerprint recognition circuit, including a resetting sub-circuit, a fingerprint sensing sub-circuit, a signal acquiring sub-circuit, and a driving sub-circuit, the resetting sub-circuit is connected to the reading node, the resetting port, a first port for resetting the reading node; the fingerprint sensing sub-circuit is connected to the reading node for acquiring fingerprint information, converting it into a detection signal to output to the reading node; the signal acquiring sub-circuit is connected to the reading node, the driving sub-circuit and a power port to output a signal of the reading node to the driving sub-circuit; the driving sub-circuit is connected to a reading port, the signal acquiring sub-circuit, an output port and a second port, outputs the signal output by the signal acquiring sub-circuit through the reading port in a fingerprint recognition stage, outputs the signal of the reading port to the output port in a display stage.

摘要: A fingerprint identification structure and a method for fabricating the same, and an electronic device are provided. The fingerprint identification structure includes: a substrate; a plurality of first touch control electrodes and a plurality of second touch control electrodes, which are provided on the substrate, in which the plurality of first touch control electrodes and the plurality of second touch control electrodes intersect with each other; and a plurality of photo-sensitive patterns, which are disposed at intersections of the plurality of first touch control electrodes and the plurality of second touch control electrodes, respectively, and are configured to separate the plurality of second touch control electrodes from the plurality of first touch control electrodes.

摘要: A touch display substrate and a touch detection method thereof. The touch display substrate includes: a base substrate, and a photo-sensitive touch element and an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (“OLED”) device that are arranged on the base substrate sequentially. The photo-sensitive touch element includes a touch electrode layer, a photo-sensitive material layer, an insulating layer and an ITO layer that are arranged sequentially, wherein an orthographic projection of a touch sensing area of the touch electrode layer completely covers an orthographic projection of a pattern of the photo-sensitive material layer, and is within an orthographic projection of the ITO layer. The arrangement of the photo-sensitive touch element neither changes the sequence of manufacturing the layers of the display substrate, nor affects the illumination of the touch display substrate and is suitable for manufacturing a large-size touch screen.

摘要: Disclosed are an optical fingerprint identification device and a display panel including the same. The optical fingerprint identification device includes a light emitting structure and a photosensitive sensor. The light emitting structure includes a transparent first electrode, an opaque second electrode, an electroluminescent layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a through hole penetrating the first electrode, the electroluminescent layer and the second electrode. The photosensitive sensor is disposed on a side of the second electrode facing away from the electroluminescent layer, and is configured to receive light rays transmitted through the through hole and acquire fingerprint information according to the received light rays.

摘要: A fingerprint identification detection circuit, a touch screen and a display device is disclosed. The fingerprint identification detection circuit can include a photosensitive diode, a first switch transistor, a second switch transistor and a voltage follower transistor, wherein the first switch transistor can include a metal oxide transistor, and the second switch transistor and the voltage follower transistor both can include a low-temperature polycrystalline silicon transistor. There is little current leaking from the first switch transistor by using the metal oxide transistor as the first switch transistor. Even in the case of low light intensity, photocurrent can be detected, which may thereby improve the detection precision of the fingerprint identification detection circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a microfluidic substrate, a microfluidic chip and a detection method. Each of the plurality of droplet detecting elements includes an ultrasonic conversion device and a voltage detecting element, the ultrasonic conversion device is configured to generate ultrasonic wave according to a first electric signal, receive a reflected ultrasonic wave, and convert the reflected ultrasonic wave into a second electric signal; and the voltage detecting element is configured to detect the second electric signal and determine whether a droplet exists at a position where the droplet detecting element is located based on the second electric signal.

摘要: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit include a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.
