The transmission method includes determining, by a network side device, sets to which each of system messages to be transmitted belongs, wherein the sets include a basic system message set and a specific system message set; determining, by the network side device, a transmission mode of each of the system messages, wherein the transmission mode of system messages in the basic system message set is a broadcast transmission mode, and the transmission mode of system messages in the specific system message set includes a broadcast transmission mode and/or a demand-based dedicated signaling transmission mode.
Abstract:
An access method and an access device for a radio network are provided. The access method includes: receiving, by a distributed processing node, an Msg1 message from a UE, the Msg1 message including a dedicated access code or sequence; and transmitting, by the distributed processing node, an Msg2 message configured to respond to the Msg1 message to the UE, the Msg2 message including a temporary RNTI which is a currently-unused RNTI in a set of RNTIs available for the distributed processing node.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a terminal state conversion method and apparatus. A base station configures and sends a configuration policy for/to a terminal, wherein the configuration policy is a rule for determining that the terminal enters an inactive state; and a terminal in a connected state receives the configuration policy sent by the base station, and according to the configuration policy, enters the inactive state from the connected state. By means of the present invention, a terminal enters an inactive state from a connected state, and thus the terminal can perform rapid data transmission while saving power.
Abstract:
A method and a device for transmitting uplink data are provided. The method includes sending, by a UE, an initial uplink transmission carrying an inactive-state UE identifier of the UE in uplink contention resources available in a region, in case that uplink data of the UE in an inactive state arrives; and receiving a feedback acknowledgement message for acknowledging the initial uplink transmission.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method and device for judging Radio Link Failure (RLF) in Carrier Aggregation (CA) technology, which are used to effectively judge whether a radio link is failed or not in CA technology. Said method comprises: on an evaluation point, comparing the determined radio link quality parameter of each carrier participating in the RLF judgement with the corresponding radio link quality parameter threshold, determining whether to trigger an in-sync indication or out-of-sync indication on the evaluation point, and judging whether the radio link of the User Equipment (UE) is failed according to the number of the continuously received in-sync indications or out-of-sync indications. The embodiment of the present invention determines whether to trigger an in-sync indication or out-of-sync indication by comparing the radio link quality parameters of the carriers participating in the RLF judgement with the corresponding radio link quality parameter thresholds, and thereby judges that whether the radio link is failed or not in CA technology.
Abstract:
A method of allocating an uplink data packet resource and a user equipment are provided, and the method includes: receiving at least one UL grant sent by a network device; determining, according to Logical Channel Prioritization LCP restriction corresponding to a target object, correspondence relationship between the target object and the UL grant; and performing resource allocation on each UL grant according to the correspondence relationship between the target object and the UL grant; wherein, the LCP restriction includes at least mapping relationship between the target object and a type of UL grant, and the target object is a service type or a logical channel or a logical channel group.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for maintenance of a bandwidth part. The method and apparatus resolve an issue of the prior art in which expiration of a bandwidth part deactivation timer during a random access process changes the bandwidth part to a default bandwidth part, such that data cannot be transmitted on an optimal bandwidth part, and may even cause an interruption of an ongoing data transmission, while also affecting an ongoing random access process. In embodiments of the present invention, a terminal keeps a current active bandwidth part unchanged during a random access process, and performs a restart operation of a bandwidth part deactivation timer after the random access process is successfully completed, such that a situation where a bandwidth part changes to a default bandwidth part does not occur during the random access process, thereby reducing interruption to ongoing data transmissions and reducing the impact on ongoing random access processes.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a retransmission activating/deactivating method, a base station, a user equipment and a device. The method includes: determining a correspondence relationship between a bearer which is allowed for retransmission under the first base station and a bit of a preset field of media access control (MAC) control element (CE) of the first base station for activating/deactivating retransmission; where the preset field is used to indicate activation/deactivation retransmission of the bearer which is allowed for retransmission; and, when determining to activate/deactivate retransmission of the bearer which is allowed for retransmission under the first base station, populating, by the first base station, the bit, which is in the preset field of the MAC CE for activating/deactivating retransmission and corresponding to the bearer, thereby generating the MAC CE for activating/deactivating retransmission, and transmitting to the UE the generated MAC CE for activating/deactivating retransmission.
Abstract:
A random access response method, a random access response device, a base station and UE are provided. The method includes: transmitting a random access response message to UE, where a medium access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) of the random access response message includes at least one medium access control sub-protocol data unit (MAC subPDU), each MAC subPDU includes an MAC subheader and possibly a medium access control random access response (MAC RAR) corresponding to the MAC subheader; in case that there are at least two MAC subPDUs, the at least two MAC subPDUs are sequentially arranged in the MAC PDU.
Abstract:
An SR/BSR triggering method and device are provided by the present disclosure. The method includes triggering an SR (Scheduling Request) and/or BSR (Buffer Status Report) process, if there is uplink data transmission requirement in a bearer channel and/or logical channel of a terminal, and there is no uplink resource available to the terminal on physical resources corresponding to numerologies and/or TTI lengths available to the bearer channel and/or the logical channel.
