Abstract: Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a communication processing method and apparatus in the tight coupling between long-term evolution and 5G. The method comprises: in the communication in the tight coupling between long-term evolution and 5G, after a base station side determines that a terminal is in the coverage of a 5G network, requesting measurement configurations of the 5G network from a node of the 5G network; after the measurement configurations sent by the node in the 5G network are received, forwarding the measurement configuration to the terminal; receiving, on the terminal side, the measurement configurations sent by the node of the 5G network and forwarded by the LTE base station side; performing signal processing according to the measurement configurations; receiving, on the node of the 5G network, the 5G network measurement configuration request sent by the LTE base station side; sending the measurement configurations to the LTE base station side; and performing signal processing according to the measurement configurations. By using the present application, the 5G measurement is executed more specifically, related signaling overheads can be reduced, and accordingly a solution in which the network side determines whether a 5G secondary base station and a carrier need to be added.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of mobile communications, and particularly relates to a cell configuration method and device, used to prevent severe data interruption and ensure normal communication for user equipment. The method comprises: in a scenario of jointly employing an MeNB and an SeNB, a first base station sends SCG configuration information to UE to perform SCG configuration; if the UE Determines that the SCG configuration fails, the UE sends to a network side SCG reconfiguration failure information; and then if an MCG configuration succeeds, then the UE and the network side keep the original SCG configuration information sent at the previous iteration unchanged, else an SCG release is triggered. In this way, when only an SCG configuration fails, the present invention uses original SCG configuration information instead of frequently launching RRC re-establishment, such that severe data interruption is effectively avoided.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for performing data transmission capable of solving a problem in the prior art in which if a user equipment unit needs to perform transmission with a network, the user equipment unit needs to perform a cell switching process to enter another cell, and this results in higher signaling overheads for a terminal. In an embodiment of the invention, a new connected state is different from an idle state and a connected state. In the new connected state, a terminal can perform data transmission with a network side device. Moreover, after the terminal has moved to a coverage of another cell from a coverage of a cell currently accessed by it, the terminal can move to the new cell by means of cell reselection without performing a cell switching process.

Abstract: A small cell resource configuration method and device for a wireless mobile network. The method comprises: receiving an access request initiated by a terminal and a measurement result of a small cell reported by the terminal, wherein the measurement result is obtained by measuring the small cell before the terminal initiates the access request; determining the small cell which serves the terminal according to the measurement result of the small cell; and configuring a transmission resource on the determined small cell for the terminal, or receiving an access request initiated by a terminal on a frequency point of a small cell, and configuring a transmission resource on the small cell for the terminal. Since small cell information is broadcast in a macro cell, a terminal can measure a small cell according to the received small cell information before initiating an access request, instead of performing measurement during an access process. Therefore, signalling interaction of configuring a transmission resource of a small cell for a terminal during an access process is reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of enabling the terminal to use the transmission resource of the small cell as soon as possible.
