Abstract: A device for detecting the balance of a hub valve hole that includes a hub conveying roller bed configured to sequentially convey a hub from an upstream of a conveying belt to a hub identification device and a valve hole balance detection device until the hub leaves the valve hole balance detection device, wherein the hub identification device includes an electronic belt scale configured to obtain the weight of the hub and an industrial camera configured to take a photo of a wheel disc of the hub when the hub is conveyed to the hub identification device. The device can accurately identify the hub type and then automatically complete the valve hole compensation function of balance detection through the combination of the above components, program control and an algorithm, thereby improving the automation level and reducing the repeated operation of an operator.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels, and the method is implemented using a system as follows: the system includes a vehicle used in wheel simulating real impact test, a road surface, a high-frequency lighting facility, a standard obstacle block, a high-speed camera, and a traction motor and steel cable. The method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels of the invention has the advantages that: the need for testing various types of wheels using one set of equipment can be satisfied by using a general type collision trolley, thereby avoiding the use of a corresponding real vehicle for each type of wheels in the test. This greatly reduces the test cost, ensures that the test condition is similar to the real vehicle condition, and can well simulate the performance of a real vehicle when meeting an obstacle.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparation of an aluminum matrix composite including preparation of in-situ reaction mixed salt, preparation of a TiB2 enhanced 6061 aluminum matrix composite and ultrasonic treatment of a composite melt. The obtained composite contains TiB2 enhancing particles which are fine in size and uniform in distribution and may remarkably improve the mechanical performance indicators of a matrix alloy. In the TiB2 enhanced 6061 aluminum matrix composite according to the present disclosure, the size of the TiB2 enhancing particles is 200-500 nm and the particles are uniform in distribution in the matrix alloy.

Abstract: The invention provides an automatic constant pressure device for a hub tire system. The device comprises a valve nozzle, air pipes, valves, a pneumatic slip ring, a hub, a pressure relief valve, a tire, a main shaft, an air storage tank, a vehicle-mounted air source and the like. Two valve holes are machined in the hub of the device. The valve nozzle with a tire pressure sensor is installed at one valve hole, and the pressure relief valve is installed at the other valve hole. The tire pressure is detected by the tire pressure sensor. The valve is controlled to inflate through the valve nozzle, and the pressure relief valve is controlled to relieve the pressure.
