The present disclosure belongs to the field of automobile chassis suspension system tests, and provides fatigue test equipment for an automobile chassis simulation road test. The fatigue test equipment can simultaneously test the simulation road test fatigue durability of automobile chassis parts such as the wheel and suspension system and the like, ensures that a test state of the tested wheel and suspension system is close to a real automobile state, and simulates and reproduces a load which an automobile chassis bears in the real road running process in a laboratory.

A device for removing a valve hole sealing substitute from a hub includes an industrial camera, a removal manipulator, a rotary encoder, a rotary spindle, a processor, a frame and a console, wherein the console is installed on the frame, the console is connected to a production line by a roller bed, a color identification camera and the industrial camera are respectively installed on the frame and aligned with the console, the rotary spindle is installed below the console and configured to drive the hub above the console to rotate, and the removal manipulator is arranged above the console. The device and method solve the problem of relying on personnel to remove the valve hole sealing substitute, improve the labor productivity, and improve the automation of the hub production process.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an aluminum alloy refiner, which is characterized by being an amorphous alloy comprising 40 to 60 parts of Zr, 25 to 45 parts of Cu, 1 to 15 parts of Al, 1 to 10 parts of Pd and 1 to 10 parts of Nb in terms of mass fraction. The refiner provided by the present invention can be used to favorably refine crystal grains as well as improve the mechanical property of the aluminum alloy to a certain extent. Moreover, the intermediate alloy improves the strength and plasticity of the alloy, and a refined A356 aluminum alloy is very suitable for the manufacturing of automobile wheels.

An automatic hub type identifying device and a method for identifying a hub type using the device are provided. The device includes a feed roller bed, an electronic belt scale, a transfer roller bed, an identification device, a discharge roller bed and a processor, in which the feed roller bed is configured to convey a hub to the electronic belt scale; the electronic belt scale is in data connection with the processor, and is configured to weigh the hub conveyed by the feed roller bed and transmit the weighing result to the processor; the transfer roller bed is configured to transfer the hub from the electronic belt scale to the identification device; and the identification device includes servo drive devices and micro contact displacement detecting devices connected to the servo drive devices.

A device for detecting the balance of a hub valve hole that includes a hub conveying roller bed configured to sequentially convey a hub from an upstream of a conveying belt to a hub identification device and a valve hole balance detection device until the hub leaves the valve hole balance detection device, wherein the hub identification device includes an electronic belt scale configured to obtain the weight of the hub and an industrial camera configured to take a photo of a wheel disc of the hub when the hub is conveyed to the hub identification device. The device can accurately identify the hub type and then automatically complete the valve hole compensation function of balance detection through the combination of the above components, program control and an algorithm, thereby improving the automation level and reducing the repeated operation of an operator.
